Great burgers and milkshakes. Never got an order wrong. I love pairing the fries with my chocolate milkshake. However trying to turn left to go home is a pain, having the amazing food makes it all worth while.

Got here almost closing time. The staff were super friendly and nice. Orders came out hot and right! I asked for no pickles on my bacon burger with extra mayo. The hubby got a triple patty burger and asked for extra mayo and extra lettuce with NO cheese. They did everything correctly. The fries were salted just right and fried just right. Some small bits were crispy, how I like them. The only small complain I have is that the diet Dr. Pepper was so watered down. But I understand that it can be tricky to get the right mixture combo for these fountain drinks…though, it will be a nice touch to make sure that their beverages taste good, too. The burgers were really good. We will be back for the burgers and fries.

This place is so cool!! The bag of burgers is an amazing deal, the burgers themselves are premium beef with real fresh ingredients and veggies, and the milkshake for no upcharge is so cool! I went to Braum’s this evening and ordered three burger combos and one chicken strip dinner. When I got home I noticed that we only had two burgers and four packs of fries. Upon noticing this, my passenger of my truck immediately called the location and was informed that we could either bring the receipt for a refund or get the food that we paid for.
When we arrived back at Braum’s (10 minutes post-call) the girl at the window told me that after reviewing cameras they saw that three burgers made it into the bag. When I told her that there must be a mistake as we only received two burgers she turned around and said “now he’s telling me there were only two, and we are in the wrong.” into her headset. She turned back to me and said “we can give you a refund for only the chicken since you received three burgers.” Reminder, I only received two. She did offer a full refund if I could show proof of all the food I had received. We dropped the two meals off that we did receive to the people waiting on them. I told her that we dropped the food off for the people that received full meals. She then rolled her eyes and said “then I can only refund the chicken since the burgers were all in the bag.” I said “ok, can we just get the chicken then since we haven’t had food besides fries?” She responded with “sure thing!” and proceeded to walk back to the register, pull out the total of the chicken dinner threw her hand out the window and said “here’s the chicken, $11.71.”
I will never be back to this location, I didn’t bother with getting her name, as this seems to be the new norm of my favorite childhood burger joint.

They were very rude and I felt rushed even when I already knew my order before walking in and on top of that they somehow had my order ready before I was even done ordering but I wasn’t I formed it was my order for a very long time and then they finally tell me so I walk out and low and behold not only was my meal cold but it wasn’t even the right order. I would of went back for a refund if it wasn’t for me being at work very disappointing since I love every braums I go to besides this one!

Ordered 4 chilies and a salad. They only gave us three chilies and that took almost a half hour and the salad was the wrong salad. When we ask where the fourth chilies was they said it was because they ran out of chili. None of the other chilies were full and they weren’t warm enough to melt the cheese. Terrible disappointed. They have usually been very good. My wife asked if she could have some other substitute for the chili that was missing and all she said was I’d have to redo the whole order and that would take forever and so my wife just asked for a refund which took forever to do. I’ll probably be speaking to the owner about this in the morning.

We went through the drive thru tonight and ordered four combo meals. We ordered three burger combos and a chicken basket combo. We got home and opened the bag and one burger and the chicken were not in there. I called Braums immediately to let them know. The person on the phone asked me five times “are you sure it’s not in the bag”? She ends up telling me that she will make the missing food or issue a refund. We took the receipt back up there and she had the nerve to tell us that she watched the camera and the clerk placed three burgers in the bag. Why on earth would I care about trying to skim Braums of a hamburger???? She then asked for all of the food of which two of us consumed our meals. We didn’t have food to give back outside of drinks. She ended up refunding us for the chicken (after asking for it back). This is unbelievable over something that costs Braums $3 and we paid over $10 for each meal!!! The driver of our vehicle requested we at least get the chicken we paid for, to which the rude girl at the window walked over to the register, pulled out the money, returned the cash and then closed the window on him.

This Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Store was awesome. We haven’t visited a Braums in quite some time. Our favorite is the yogurt twist in the waffle cone (of course a large). It was as good as we remember. It was fantastic. We would definitely return to this Braums if we are in this area again. The employees were friendly and fast. The parking was adequate.

Damn near 9$ for a kids meal. For small fries, burger, and a super mini drink (like a DQ mini blizzard cup). Added bacon which was like 2$ extra, and of course they forgot it. Love that. Staff is mainly high school teenagers, so I’m not going even going to bother getting it fixed or refunded lol.

Always a fun family experience! We live buying our milk from here, and it’s a great treat for the kiddos after we eat the main meal at another restaurant. They have plenty of team members and when our group of nine stood in line, they all raced to get us through as quickly as possible. Such great teamwork!! Well done!
