The food was very good, and fairly priced considering it is in West Seattle. The patty melt was amazing!! The french dip was very good, the poutine was perfect, and the broccoli was fantastic. I also got a Shirley Temple and the waiter bought me a free refill without even having to ask! They also played some very good music! Will definitely be coming back.

Fried pickles are great! I heard burger was overcooked so maybe specify? French dip could be better with thinner meat layers. Drinks were great and service was the absolute best!

We hadn’t been to Shadowland in far too long, so this was way overdue. Shadowland has always had solid and delicious food. We shared some poutine and shishito peppers, both were so good. Then we got the happy hour burger and cheese steak. Top it off, most of this was on happy hour. Great prices for the amount of food you get let alone the food itself was great. Great place to watch a game but it wasn’t loud if you don’t that kind of thing.

This place was great! Our server was very nice and the food was delicious. The only reason I gave a 4/5 stars on service is because the bartender was VERY slow making drinks. Not just for us, but with everyone. Other than that, this place is a great place to check out!

Haven’t been here for ages but walked by almost every week. The menu was updated, and there were plenty of great selections on their happy hour list.
Went with steak frites (medium) and fish and chips.
The steak was cooked to perfection, and the fish was moist with thin crunchy batter.
Fries were hot and crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside.
We’ll be back for sure.

We just moved to West Seattle and tried a number of restaurants. This restaurant is now our favorite. They are open until 2am and have a great happy hour. We have never had a bad meal and the drinks are wonderful. The staff is attentive and already know us and what we like to order.

Wonderful little restaurant and bar at the Junction in West Seattle. Every day from 3-6 pm is the happy hour so we shared a delicious grilled cheese on sourdough, a tomatoe bisque soup and clam chowder. Nice cozy place and great service.

I like this bar and will probably return. Good service. Excellent fries. Seriously, whatever you get here, get the fries, they do them right. The burger…not so much. And its a shame because its a properly cooked medium rare patty with good toppings, including excellent pickles, but its ruined by a stale falling apart bun. I beg of you, don’t ruin a good burger with a bad bun. But overall a good spot with good beer and good fries and good service and ambience.

Shadowland has become one of my fave west Seattle spots! The food is always great, big selection of craft cocktails and the staff are pros. I honestly think this is the best French dip I’ve ever had, that’s crazy to say but I think I mean it. Excited to bring more people here.
