I have never had a hot, fresh burger from this location. Ever. The cheeseburger is always cold and the bun is hard. It tastes like it’s been under the heater for 20 minutes.

This has to be the worst and most unfriendliest McDonald’s I have ever been too. They just seem like they don’t care. This restaurant needs new management and gm. I don’t get how this place is still in business. Someone needs to help them because this could be such a good business if only someone cared. Serve fresh food and hire friendly staff. Maybe you would get better reviews and more customers. All I want is to enjoy McDonalds without mean workers.:(

Most disrespectful workers I have ever met! I asked how long it would take for a Diet Coke if I placed an order on the kiosk and the lady working was super rude. She gave me no information and just ‘in an awful tone’ said “just put the order in and it will come”. I just walked out and I don’t think I’ll ever walk back in.

On one up front to take your order. You hear yelling in the back. I waited 25 minutes for 1 burrito. Seen another guy late for work, waiting for 2 burrito. They told him it will be a while before they can get his burritos. So told them to give 2 biscuits and hash browns. Very unprofessional and no customer service. It’s McDonald’s. The food is the same as any other. I prefer breakfast which is why I went in today. Sausage egg mcmuffin, hashbrown and orange juice.
Food was good. Fresh and hot.
Customer service was nonexistent. No one at the counter because they expect you to use the kiosks. Food came. My name shouted out and the employee turned and left. Didn’t ask if I needed any condiments such as jelly or ketchup.
I went to the cleanest table they had and it was smudged with some sort of something. You could tell they wiped the table, but wasn’t done with a clean rag. The coffee colored smears told the story.
No condiments in my bag, which I assumed since the lady didn’t ask me if I needed any so I headed back up to the counter. A lady was trying to escape with a bag for drive thru; I caught her just in time. I asked for two packs of ketchup for my hash brown. I could tell the lady was annoyed to high heavens. She handed me the ketchup without a word. All I could say was ‘thank you, Love’ as I walked away to sit and enjoy my breakfast.
The place was quiet as there was only one other person in the lobby. You could hear the workers gossiping and complaining about the drive thru customers.
If McDonald’s food is what you want, they got it. If you would like service with a smile or any sort of kindness with your order, I suggest you go elsewhere.

Quite possibly the worst-run McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to (the 2nd worst experience belongs to the McDonald’s on 2372 College St). The store manager here has clearly lost control. Employees yelling at each other, all of the drive-thru pickup spots full because orders were taking 20-30 min to deliver, including mine. Both drink machines were out of order, one of which was overflowing and leaking all over the floor. Garbage was strewn throughout the restaurant because the staff is too busy or doesn’t care about cleaning up. And worst of all, there was a trail of wet footprints leading to/from a flooded men’s room because the urinal was overflowing with piss. This place is literally a lawsuit waiting to happen…it amazes me how this McDonald’s franchise hasn’t been revoked yet.

Did not finish my meal. I try not to post negative reviews but this was disgusting. One of the drink dispensing machines was off And the other was out of almost everything. The beverage area smelled like something hits a verely soured. It was nasty with something that had leaked and dried on the floor. Is the dining area was covered in trash. I waited an extended time for my order and after 15 minutes asked for the cup for my order. When I got my big Mac it was completely stuck to the bottom of the container. The bottom bun was missing the brown part And all of the contents just fell out. They did make me another one. When I got my order the tray liner had grease marks all over it. When I emptied the tray into the garbage I realized that the trade was completely filthy greasy with salt and looked like condiment stains.

This the worse mcdonald’s ever they was loud and ratchet not attentive oh they customers it was nasty a dude was in the back by the food spraying on purfume around the food. I wish they had a negative star. This is just some pictures it wasn’t busy so somebody could oh been cleaning instead oh talking about they outside life and cussing loudly so customer could hear no hair nets no hats. And once getting the food it wasn’t tasty at all my food was old and hard. Only reason i gave a star because i had to.

Worst McDonald’s we’ve ever been to. So dirty. Fly infestation. Nothing in the restaurant was clean…and I mean nothing. Not one clean table. Food was undercooked and staff act like you’re bothering them if you need anything. Workers’ friends and family members hanging out in the store and walking behind the counter for whatever they want. Can’t believe this place is in business, especially for downtown Auburn. I miss the customer service of McDonald’s from the old days.

I’m writing to express my frustration with the 224 W Magnolia Ave location in Auburn. Something seems to go wrong every single time I visit — whether it’s employees not working during operating hours or meals being made incorrectly.
But today really takes the cake. They were somehow out of cheeseburgers — at McDonald’s, of all places — and then refused to serve the four McNuggets that were part of the meal. It’s consistently disappointing and has reached the point where it feels like basic quality and service standards just aren’t being met.
I hope this issue is addressed, because this location does not reflect the McDonald’s name well.
