I went through the drive thru, they took 4 separate orders for the same car. Made all the food fresh for each person and got all orders correct. I appreciate their kindness and patience. As a person from out of town and visiting another city overall it was a great experience. Keep up the good work!

I’ve ordered here several times and the food is usually decent and made correctly. No issues there.
What’s missing every single time (I’m not exaggerating) is basic human interaction. No greeting, no “thank you,” no “have a good day.” The bag just gets handed over in silence. I always say “thanks, have a good day,” and never get a response.
I get that fast food isn’t glamorous, but basic courtesy takes seconds. If the human element is going to be completely removed, you might as well have a robot hand me my food. At least then the silence would make sense.
Food is fine. The experience feels lifeless.

I was here for lunch. Firstly the customer service was amazing. An elderly couple came into the store and couldn’t hear their order being called out, so the attendant walked the food out to them and it made their day. He was so hospitable and nice. The food was typical Wendy’s food. My only criticism is that to the staffs knowledge one of the soda machines weren’t working, but they didn’t tell the customers or put a sign up. It would have been nice to know that before trying for several minute with no success. Overall a very nice dining experience.

It’s Wendy’s. I mean Dave never made the best food even if it’s made well for the location which this one did. You don’t go to Wendy’s for the atmosphere that’s for sure but on top of that the service was wonderful though. For fast food that’s extremely cheap go for it

After sitting in the drive through line for more than 10 minutes I finally went inside. The boy at the register was asking someone to use their fingerprint to clear his register, after asking 4 times the “manager” chick yelled at him “you’re going to have to wait can’t you see I’m busy” as there’s 3 other employees standing around watching. It’s ridiculous to speak to an employee like that in front of customers and other employees!!! She pretty much told me to make a complaint against her. So in other words she could care less!!

Used to be good. Now food tastes horrible , fountain is filthy and so is behind the counter. Orders incomplete, baked potatoes not fluffed and found red string in it. They need to improve their professionalism, attitude, details and sanitation. Not going back to St Robert Wendy’s.

Went through the drive thru to order. Was approached with attitude over the speaker, no greeting. I was cut off and told my total before I could add to my order. Nice guy at the window helped us. Met the girl at the second window and she still gave attitude. Very rude. Will not be eating here again. Customer service comes first and so does being kind.

Food was fine, took too damn long to get stuff, what I’m most pissed about is their drink carriers, the shoved 6 drinks onto 1 carrier and then they fell out of the holders, every single one at different points. I changed the way I held it and everything, I’m extremely disappointed in this billion dollar company

Whoever was working drive thru was incredibly rude. No one cashed me out at the first window so I pulled up just to get yelled at to back up. And the lady handing food out doesn’t know how to say a simple “no problem” or “you’re welcome” when someone thanks them.

Not having a good experience. Currently here wasn’t given my drink when ordering my food. Name was called out wrong so got confusing. People standing around just staring at the poor guy on the register. He did great other than that not sure I’ll be back.
