We came in to enjoy dinner and our waiter didn’t ask how I wanted my classic bacon cheese burger cooked he tried to tell me I could get it well done or pink, I said medium well, it came out more well and no bacon, my husband had the baby back ribs, they were supposed to come with fries and coleslaw, well he gave my husband double fries, he wasn’t listening, he was bringing what he wanted. He didn’t come back till after my husband had to find the manager to get a drink my hamburger bun was over cooked, it was terrible serve and not even the right food, the manager never came over to make sure everything was OK. Sad this is not good customer service.

First off the store was hot and humid. I asked the waiter if there was anything that could be done and he said the manager on duty already told his staff that he wont turn the ac on. Our server was covered in sweat. I felt so bad for him. Then the walls, ceiling and everything just looked dirty/dusty like its never been clean. The food was horrible! Very dry and no seasoning in the chicken alfrado (no sauce)also the cajan rice shrimp bowl was very dry with season only on shrimp. The greens were very hard. The ONLY good thing we had was our server. He was so nice and tried to help us but could only due so much. We gave him a big tip since the manager wanted no ac on while he ran around being the BEST waiter I have ever seen. I hope he finds a better job who doesnt force him to work in a resturant thats 80 inside while dealing with hot food.

The endless fried shrimp was my choice for dinner. I was able to get a 2nd plate of shrimp that I requested. The bartender told me she ordered French fries also. When the plate of shrimp showed up. There were no fries. So she went back to ask for fries. Service was slow even though she did her best to keep up. The rum and coke I ordered was good.

The cheese burger was real juicy for the 2 for 25. I was pleasantly surprised. I ate all of it and my sister didn’t get a bite. That’s all I’ve got to say. Happy hour beer prices are great too

Had chicken and pasta chicken was way over seasoned and pasta was served cold could even finish meal. My wife ordered chicken player fries we’re way over salted had to ask for different order of fries. We usually come here and food is delicious don’t know what happen today. Service was great and bartender did great with our drinks.

Food was ok. The pickle fries were super salty and the boneless chicken was not a rub or sauce just kind of had chunks of Parmesan thrown at it. They weren’t bad though and the quesadilla was really good. However I thought the drinks were really bad I got the pear drink and we couldn’t stomach it cause it just tasted like straight up syrup the staff was nice and let me change it out for a house margarita, even though less sweet you could definitely taste the well liquor (that’s on me though should’ve asked what liquor was in it) overall everything was ok

Did a curb side kept calling and no one answered so I went inside to get my food and they forgot a whole meal.I said forget the drink didn’t feel like waiting longer since getting others seated was more of a priority to them. I drove 5 minutes and all food was cold and soggy. Don’t order Curb Side waste of money!

Amaya R. was such an amazing waitress! Such an awesome attitude and so polite. If she is available, I would definitely ask for her to be your wait staff for the afternoon, evening, or night. The food was great. And I had a peach tea, and my dad had the passion fruit tea (both refillable). Food was hot and cooked perfectly. Thank you for the great service Amaya and great evening.

Came in today for lunch. Horrible service. The gentleman was wearing a red ski cap, black Applebees shirt, ripped stone washed dark jeans, tattoos on arms and neck with a lot of cologne. My friend asked for the chicken oriental salad. Was asked fried or grilled chicken? She said I’m going to be bad so fried. I ordered a cheeseburger and two tall bud lights. He dropped off our food and left the table before her or I could say anything. She got grilled chicken not fried. I was out of my beer and after it sitting on the edge of the table which is a universal sign for I’m empty ask if I want another it sat there for more than 10 minutes. Finally he walks over asks if I want another doesn’t acknowledge the person I was with about her meal. Then puts it on one check just assumes. It was $46.23 and we had $55 put down didn’t have any ones. That fool keep all the change. I know people aren’t always the brightest but you should never assume someone is leaving you that big of a tip based off your horrible service. This was at 1:06pm when we were seated place was basically empty. There was no excuse for his behavior and actions. Spent more time behind the bar on his cellphone than tending to the two table he had on the left side of the restaurant up the two steps.

It was National cheeseburger day and I’m so glad I choose you guys for lunch. I had an amazing greeting as I entered the door combined with great hospitality service from the manager to the server. Best burger to my liking one small complaint my fries were lukewarm not as hot as I would like them to be but overall thanks for communicating with me manager it was a joy speaking to you. I would come back if I’m in the area again to patronize your restaurant. Awesome job!!
