This is normally my go to Wingstop but after today’s order, I will not be ordering here again. I ordered a 20 piece, traditional wings and my chicken is full of white spots (freezer burn) and smells like chicken blood (spoiled). I’ve been calling the restaurant as I’m not able to go back to the restaurant today and no one is answering. I’ve called 4 times and not one answer! Wingstop cost way too much to be receiving low quality and spoiled chicken and no customer service.

The staff was friendly and the food was yummy! Took a while to get it, but it was fresh and made to order. The chicken was crispy and seasoned well and the same for the fries. So, I’m good with that. However, the floor was sticky, didn’t enjoy that.

Order my food online at 10:18 PM. Online receipt said 33 to 38 minutes before order would be ready for pick up. I arrived at 10:55 PM, check my food and everything was cold. Fries are soggy and old. Chicken Luke warm so I definitely know it was not freshly cook. Definitely without any question this will be my last time coming here because it’s always an issue with this location. OK well I just wanna let my people know. You deserve to have your food the way you want when you spend money for it, especially as expensive as everything else!

This had to be the worst experience i have every had coming to wingstop. I ordered online and the wait time was 30 minutes. It took a hour for my food to be finished. The drink machine was broken and it didn’t even have ice. There was only two people working so I get why the service was bad but sometimes you just need to close if you dont have staff. I literally just wasted 26 dollars on food that I just threw away.

I ordered on Jan 22,2026 & it’s currently Feb 10,2026. My order was purposely messed up. I’ve contacted STEPHONE C. The GM numerous of times for a refund that he said I would be receiving. I’ve called him repeatedly an each time he rush me off the phone & make excuses for my refund. As of today I still have NOT received my refund. I will never eat at this location again !

The individual who claims to be the manager, Lydia, is frequently outside smoking marijuana during work hours and displays rude and disrespectful behavior toward customers and employees particularly a kind mother and daughter who are always working when I come in. This creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment.
The atmosphere in this restaurant needs serious improvement. This is by far the worst Wingstop location in Raleigh, largely due to the behavior and conduct of the person identifying herself as the manager.

Please avoid this place! Ordered boneless wings online, it said 16-21. Got there in 20 minutes. Waited another 45 minutes. Two young girls at the front counter on their phones while 2 young men in the back laughing and joking while so many people in the lobby waiting. Plus this place was filthy.
I finally get my food and I get a few cold hard little chicken nuggets with a little bbq sauce drizzled on them.
This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this place and it keeps getting worst! Not sure how this location is still up and running. This place needs to be closed down!

Wish I had read the reviews before coming. Employee’s cigarettes on the cash register. Horrible attitude when I didn’t hear her ask for my name for my order. Never eaten at a Wing Stop so didn’t know that was the procedure. Ice machine didn’t work and with an eye roll I was told the drinks are still cold. They in fact were not cold and were flat. Had to go get my own drink. Music was turned on after I sat down. It was super loud and words were offensive and inappropriate for business use. Fries were cold and old. Wings were mediocre at best. STAY AWAY!!

The food is great here! when they get the order right.. I usually call in for take out and it seems like 1/3 of the time they get my whole order wrong. They always offer to fix it so kudos for that, but I am not the type of person who will waste gas going back. Now I always check before I leave their establishment.
