I just went in there and bought a dozen assorted and the young lady had a terrible attitude. I asked her if she was having a bad day and her reply was nah I’m straight. If you don’t like your job stay home and don’t take it out on people. The public comes in and spends their hard earned money which in return pays the bills for Krispy Kreme. I’m writing to share feedback about a recurring experience at this Krispy Kreme location. The concern involves the older African-American lady who regularly runs the drive-through and takes orders over the intercom. I don’t know her name, but she is there often.
I visit this location frequently, several times a week, especially Sunday mornings before church, and I’m always polite and respectful. My girlfriend also visits regularly and is consistently kind. On one occasion, she even tipped $20, yet the interactions have continued to feel abrupt and unfriendly.
We truly enjoy this location and appreciate the convenience, which is why we keep coming back. However, the repeated tone and lack of basic courtesy during these interactions have been discouraging. We’re not expecting special treatment, just a welcoming and professional experience that reflects the Krispy Kreme brand.
I’m sharing this in hopes that it can be addressed constructively. A more pleasant and courteous approach would go a long way in making this location an enjoyable stop for regular customers.

Walked in and got a dozen glazed doughnuts but they were ice cold. I also asked about getting a dozen cinnamon twists and was told we dont make orders like that what we have is what we sell if its not already cooked unless you want to wait an hour. I was not impressed by customer service either . Wish I could get my money back from the wheel experience.

I want to give a big thanks and appreciation to Derrick, Betty and Dez at this store. I had a large coffee order to pickup for a ladies coffee fellowship. Unfortunately it wasn’t ready, but their sheer willingness to get the order done and to provide a discount to me was amazing. I appreciated their professionalism and customer service. It was very busy and they had other customers to serve. Derrick dived in by assisting the customers, while Betty and Dez got my order together. What teamwork! This incident will not deter me from coming back to this store. I know that mistakes happen, but how we respond and treat others when mishaps arise makes a big difference in the end. We decided to order some Krispy Kreme donuts and they were delivered quickly and were still warm. They were boxed nicely and were really good. We had ordered some donut holes and also a dozen donuts, I guess they gave us donuts in place of some of the donut holes, which was fine as well. We all enjoyed our treat and would visit/order again.

Not giving correct change back. Due to penny shortage I guess. . Only issue is they don’t tell you this. When paying. Those pennies not given back will add up. For them anyways it will. Just think about it. If you are going to do this. Tell the customer ahead of time.
