As we walked in the 2 workers 1 being a manger shock their heads and said “good god more people” they the proceeded to be rude while taking our order interrupting me. We waited over 10 minutes for our food that was sitting on the hot plate. They then stopped serving people. Poor customer service.

Bad customer service, always have an attitude. Asked for 2 whoppers/ fries and charged for 2 combos through the drive thru total around $21. Paid most in cash and rest on card, but was charged almost half for the order on my card when I should’ve paid $2 on card. Tried to get their attention about the mistake, but the lady left and hid in the back. I’m out $8 and overcharged for my meal, with poor customer service. PLEASE DON’T GO, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Nicely updated. Foods the same. Although there aren’t as good a deals through the coupons and the app. The service is okay. Seem kind of lost at times. Overall it’s one of the better Burger Kings.

Terrible service, the lady at the drive thru was rude and rushed us through, we didnt get to finish our order. The order we could get in was 2 Bikini Bottom Meals which comes with a whopper on a yellow bun, cheesy tots, pie and a pineapple smoothie. We paid over $15.00 per meal and never received the smoothie… which was a major reason we ordered the meal. Also, forget about any collectors item that was suppose to come in it. We never received that either. It was not worth the money we paid (over 30.00)! With the BK on the Boulevard closed for remodeling, I’ll wait for it to open back up before I spend my money here. Trust me, it was bad enough that I still wanted to write a bad review the next morning!

I used to like to order from here. Todays order and the past 3 orders I got they gave me nasty old brown pickles on my burgers, disgusting drinks, completely forgot the sauce I asked for and their chicken fries/ regular fries are cold and hard. We order four burgers. They were absolutely disgusting. All of them were dry and cold. The cheese and toppings were crumbled in the center. The worst burger king I’ve ever been to. We threw them away. Stay away from this location.

Food was cold and we waited over 15mins for it. I mean our fries were cold we were traveling so wasn’t able to take back. Sandwiches were old to could tell they have been sitting for awhile.

The food was good but the employees that they’ve got hired there I’ll tell you what they’re attitude stink one guy at the drive-through window. This was on August 27th he acted like he didn’t even wanna be there. He did not smile. He did not interact like he should be and the girl that gave me my food. I heard her taking an order from a customer in the drive-through and she was short with this person she was not very courteous, even when she gave me my food. She was not very polite. She didn’t smile she was just handed me my food that was it obviously if you’re shorthanded and need employees, I get it but really they are not taught or trained or watched by a manager to see how their personable skills are and how they handle the public and have good manners. Try to smile a little bit come on people they’re a bunch of sour places not just a Burger King but McDonald’s Other places there’s a lot of employees that are not trained the way they need to be trained.
