we always go to the rancheritos in riverton and love the carne asada fries. we recently moved so we decided to come to this one and the food was horrible. the fries were barely cooked, carne asada was cold, and the portion was tiny. we normally share the fries between two people and have extra, but tonight there was barely enough for one person. nobody really cared about the problem nor fixed it. highly disappointed, avoid this location if you can.

Went here for dinner; food was decent. Even after waiting in the drive through for 10mins. Downside of ordering a quesadilla at 10PM; cheese wasn’t even melted.

Ugh I will never go to this location again. I ordered a chicken burrito thinking it would be the same chicken burrito I usually get from the other location and it was NOT THE SAME. It had a gross sauce on it and was really salty. I’m so mad because I’ve been craving it all week. If you want a GOOD shredded chicken burrito go to the one at 1860 S Redwood.

Gotta say this was the worst dining experience me or my wife have ever had. Immediately noticed our burrito didn’t taste right. Didn’t notice until we were pretty much done the chicken was raw. Our burrito absolutely was soaked in what I can only explain as excessive water from the lettuce and chicken dumped straight onto the tortilla, which in turn made it fall apart entirely.
We paid for a combo that included a drink. the lady behind the counter failed to mention to us their drinking fountains were done so I got charged for something we didn’t even receive. Then was treated like I was the bad guy for asking for the drink I paid for.
By any means necessary, please avoid this restaurant at all costs!!!!

They have deleted my review FOUR times now. Photo got 25,000 views. I came in and had strong MOLDY tasting taquitos and found blue rubber balls in both my crispy burrito.
Four times I’ve had to rewrite this review they keep getting deleted. It is absolute truth I would swear in court. They should not be allowed to delete reviews because they are trying to poison people and don’t want you to know.

I am disappointed with my 2 super nachos I bought. Meat was sparingly spread on top hardly veggies and sour cream it was so dry!!! To eat them chips. Went here bc it was close to my house. I’m going Beto south south lake they always do a better job !!!!

The best Mexican food comes from the ‘dive’ locations of Rancharitos and Betos! YUM!!! The wait is sometimes a bit long but those breakfast burritos are totally worth it!!!

After a long day at work not much open at 11:30pm. There were actually 3 people in front of me in line to order as I walked in. I thought it would take a while and thought about leaving, but the rolled tacos were calling my name. Let me tell you, they actually looked even better than the picture when the order came up. I only dropped 12 bucks and change on 5 rolled tacos and 2 GIANT Bean & Cheese Burritos. I took one home to my son who has Leukemia and Rancheritos is one of the few foods he actually craves on chemo. Boy was I the hero arriving home with those succulent items. Thank you Rancheritos for making a long day end just right. By the way, I had already eaten 2 tacos when I took the pic. I just couldn’t wait.
