I came here around the 18th of October and used drive thru. I made my order, paid and pulled up to the second window. When I arrived at the window to pick up my order, I noticed something strange on the side of my McFlurry cup (thick greenish almost mucus like) and asked the employee (an Asian woman working the window at the time) what it was. She replied that it was ice cream with an attitude.
I accepted that explanation and moved on, but after she handed me the rest of my order, she quickly closed the window and walked away. When I checked my bag and noticed my sweet and sour sauce was missing, I had to wait until she returned. Instead of waiting to see what I was going to say, she immediately repeated, “ma’am, it’s ice cream,” in an irritated tone. Once I was able to tell her about the missing sauce, she handed it to me and walked off again and I drove home.
I’ve been here about two other times before that and the food is always dry and the service is slow.
I sent an email complaint to the email listed on the receipt and no one has responded. Comprehension seems low in this area though so I should have expected that.

12:00 on Wednesday, placing order via drive-up window. Few cars in line but moving quickly. Get to pick up window and the cheeseburger and fry are not ready……a regular cheeseburger and fry, really?!?! So, I figured, well it will be hot at least, fresh off the grill or out of the queue (microwave) or hot drawer. Nope, more like it had been sitting for too long……where is my old-school McD’s?!?! So sad

I stopped here today to pick up some breakfast. My order was taken quickly by a friendly cashier. My order was delivered accurately in just a few minutes. Everything was hot and freshly prepared.

Today while stopping to get a simple, small soda and a burger. I witnessed the supposed manager take my cup that was already filled with ice and soda from the machine, she then proceeded to pour a few pieces of extra ice out of a large open x lg cup that was sitting on the counter. God knows how long it had been sitting there open. Any random person in the drive-through could’ve coughed on it when I try to explain how serving a customer ice from an open container is unhygienic. I got attitude. The machine already had made the drink. If you want Covid or hep B come to this MC D’s.

Recently went through their drive thru around midnight. I ordered a Big Mac Meal. First of all, calling what I got a Big Mac is a travesty. Two tiny, cold, overcooked patties that didn’t even come close to fitting the bun. The best part of it was the pickles! Then the fries. I have always gone to McDonald’s for their hot crispy fries. These were stale and cold, had probably been sitting around for at least a half hour. The only good thing I can say is, at least my soda wasn’t flat! I will be hard pressed to ever visit this or any other McDonald’s again after this!!

Using the drive thru because NO LINE. Order placed and paid for, I’m asked to pull ahead due to the bagel not being ready. I sat for an unacceptable amount of time (being a DRIVETHRU) & had to go inside & still wait. For what I paid, for the unfriendly service and for the quality of food, I will NEVER return to this location. (Go to West Lebanon, they have a McD’s)

Decent enough, better than overpriced gas station food but they are really stingy with the onions, even when asking for extra onions… Normaly I’d just shrug it off but this is the 4th time.
Nuggets are usually either overcooked or have been sitting around for a while but they were at least fresh and right this time.

Its McDonald’s…. we know what the food is like. Not too much of a wait in the drive thru. Staff was pleasant enough. Not a bad place for a quick bite on the go.
