Ordered a pumpkin spice latte at the drive through on September 15th. Drove to the DOL that was located 1-2 minutes of driving across the road, opened the cup and was surprised to find that it was far from full. At least an inch or more of space left in the cup. For the price Starbucks charges, I expect a full cup, not one that looks like someone took two sips before handing it to me. And if you wanted to leave that much space for whipped cream then where is it? Can’t say that it melted on a 1-2 minutes of driving. Too bad my Starbucks app logged me out that morning and I didn’t want to hold up the line behind me so I didn’t scan to give them a review in my app so that I’m heard faster.

Chain places don’t usually have good reviews but this place does and I can see why. I came in asking for a drink to be remade from a store nearby. The staff were so welcoming and understanding. Not only did they remake it with a smile, they sincerely thanked me for coming in. I am a religiously loyal long time Starbucks customer but they don’t know that. I was so surprised as these levels of hospitality are rare nowadays.

I come in regularly to grab a drink since I work near by and today I come in to a claim that I stole from them? And that Ive had some sort of interaction or altercation with one of their baristas? Yes I’ve spoke to ONE barista who I’ve only seen ONCE that I thought was attractive which she played into it / entertained the conversation we had. Apologies to her though if that at all made uncomfortable? However Y’all are disrespectful and rude for wrongfully accusing people of stuff they’ve never done, either y’all are racially profiling or are just terrible judges of character. I asked for proof but was told to leave? That’s just crazy to me, Y’all have a good day though, I’m never going there again.

My Americano with extra cream is always fantastic the service is always great they’re always quick and thorough and they always offer me a little bit more then maybe I plan on going in but I always fall for it because I like their food too. The locations perfect for me and the staff I mean like almost all the Starbucks I’ve been to the staff is well trained and they really take pride in what they’re doing at least from what I can tell and I like that and they don’t have snarky attitudes they don’t act like you’re inconveniencing them they make a good cup of coffee and it’s a nice environment good place to relax and I like free Wi-Fi so maybe you pay a little more but in the long run you get a lot more for that money. It’s a good value. The egg bites they’re crazy good I love the egg bites so with that I would recommend it if you haven’t been there before I’d be shocked but if you have been there go try it again.

This location has poor customer service they claimed they were closed. I arrived at 7:20 the was a long to hair dark hair male and long black ponytail female. When I arrived through the drive through he asked me what I wanted and one minute later the lady gets on the mic and states they were closed and he didn’t presumably know the store was closed. She didn’t reply when I asked for the store information and manager information to make a complaint. I asked for her name etc all at the window and they both proceeded to hide in the back while I recorded the store. 1/20/22 Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to and there employees obviously need training on customer service communication..

The long line when I came in moved quickly thanks to all the baristas working extra fast. This location has a drive-thru, but be sure to enter before you get to Willow Road! Plenty of seating and outlets to charge!
Thanks to Liz who took our order, she was nice and took the extra effort to connect with all the customers in line!
Only complaint was that the bathroom on the left was a bit malodorous, but maybe the fan just wasn’t working?
My drink was delicious though, so a great experience overall.
