Started with fried green tomatoes with ranch followed by the chicken and waffles – everything was seasoned well and delicious, arrived without a protracted wait, and was obviously fresh made. Looking forward to returning to try their signature meatloaf.

It was pay before u get ur food, we got 2 meatloaf dinners , the girl brought the food and we never saw her again, we were the only ppl in the restaurant.. you could hear the kids cutting up and no body actually working. The food was warm not hot , no bread with meal.. service was horrible, no body came to see if we were ok or needed anything. It was a bad experience and we won’t be returning.. food looked better than it tasted .

We have been going to Jewells since I was a kid and still come as often as we can. This restaurant hands down makes the best food in the world. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming as well. I’ve always been partial to the club sandwich, but the bayou shrimp, shrimp & grits, meatloaf, hot brown, ETC are all insanely good too! Jewells is worth any wait, drive time, or appetite! We also had the pleasure of having them cater our wedding a few weeks ago and have not stopped receiving compliments and “that was the best wedding food ever!” texts. If I could give more stars, I would. Great place!

This was my first visit to Warsaw and to Jewell’s. The restaurant was clean and the service was very good. I had the Mediterranean chicken. It was solid, but I wouldn’t have minded a bit more seasoning. Overall very good and I would eat here again.

Fast, friendly service and the food is EXCELLENT. We stopped in as festival-weary, very obvious out-of-towners into this quaint little country joint, yet right away we felt welcomed. A townie regular came right over to tell us how their ordering system worked and wished us a great rest of the day. Worth the short detour off I-71 if you’re in need of a hot, delicious, home-cooked meal to bring you back to life. I ordered hot bacon dressing for my side salad and they do theirs RIGHT. Also, be sure to try the Jewells Hot Brown!

First time there traveling to see family. Was recommended by multiple family members. You review menu, order and pay at counter so not wait staff. At our table we had Grilled chx sandwiches with coleslaw or fries and Catfish dinner with baked potato and green beans. All the food was very good! The fries were fresh, crunchy and light not greasy at all. The coleslaw is cut fine and great tasting, could be homemade! The catfish looked great! Huge portion! Get there early for lunch, was very busy but food came out in good time and all hot. We got a fish sandwich to go and it too looked great. Will definitely return next time we are through the area! Highly recommended!!

Lovely family owned restaurant. The food was delicious (the fried green tomatoes were so good) and everyone was very friendly. Lots to choose from on the menu. Portions were good and prices reasonable. We visited here while on vacation because of a recommendation and loved it so much we went back for a second time.

Finally Jewels’s upped their game on their salads. This was the only thing that I didn’t like here!! The one I had today was thankfully very fresh. No more wondering if I was getting bagged greens!!!
