We eat at this Arby’s several times per year. Consistent excellent service and good quality. Regular deals by using the free app. The restaurant is well kept and seems never to be crowded. As with many fast food restaurants, most of the business seems to be drive thru and pickup. There is even a self serve drink fountain. Check out there special seasonal offerings.

More than a 20 minute wait after ordering in the drive through. I was told pull forward and wait for fries behind another waiting car. They finally went in to get there food. After a while I had to do the same. But I asked for a refund and was told my food was ready. I then received luke warm fries. I expect better for this price tier.

Costumer service is bad this gentleman havy set that work in Night has a bad attitude with costumers this happened to me on 2/7/26 about 8:45 pm I ask why it’s take so long on my order and he said maybe you should order something different next time or find another place to order. This is not right and that is why I give this place a one star and eating here anymore

I ordered 2 beef and chedder sandwiches for 6 dollar’s. I then proceeded to ask to hold the cheese sauce and the red ranch sauce and to please put both sauces on the side. With which I was then asked you want them on the side, but with attitude. So I proceeded home and to my surprise and dismay as if to spite me no cheese sauce and no red ranch. Also to top it off my large fry wasn’t full and looked like a medium. I didn’t even take any off the top on the way home. They were for my boy that was all he wanted some curly fries. So I call the store where Lucas informed me he’d replace one sandwich and the fries. I guess this clown is the general manager. When I pushed for the whole order he wouldn’t replace it then decided he would change his mind and replace none of it at all. His words loosely put we just made a mistake. Which I take it as to take a hike. Overall Arby’s is one of my favorite restaurants and this experience has led me to have to rethink spending my money with an establishment that doesn’t care that orders are not filled properly and willing to treat customers with disrespect. I have gone to this Arby’s on many occasions and have never been so insulted and do not plan on going back unless the corporate office does something to correct his behavior. Lucas is the general manager and is the one if you call will probably treat others like dirt as well. I don’t care how close to closing they were. It’s to bad money really ads up after so many years and so many orders super disappointing.

I go to Arby’s often and today I went before work and was just a couple CENTS short. (My total was just $20 and some change) and they were not able to help me and we’re more than happy to give me my money back I did give them and refuse to give me the food that was already bagged up and ready to hand out the window. In the years of customer service i’ve worked rather it’s a store or fast food. They are fully more than capable to help with a few cents. I get tills need to be accurate, however being experienced in customer service helping the customer with a few cents and explaining it to the manager they WONT mind. Once again, wouldn’t you rather see a happy satisfied customer than losing a customer? Or do people just not care anymore? Because that is 110% the impression I got just now. I even tip my fast food workers, but that won’t be happening any longer. Don’t expect an extra helping hand if you can’t be one either. Kindness goes a LONG way . Don’t go there if you’re even a PENNY short they won’t help . Go to a fancy restaurant and treat yourself if you’re a couple cents short I know that restaurant will help you out 🙂
