Random piece of Mac n cheese was hiding under my fries on my plate (I ordered burger and fries). Food was room temp at best- not sure about the piece of Mac n cheese. Maybe that was at least hot seen gas station bathrooms that are nicer than theirs.. not sure they ever get cleaned. Restaurant as a whole was dirty and dusty. Very few customers in the restaurant yet there were multiple dirty tables and they had plenty of staff that could have been taking care of it (or the nasty bathrooms). Our waitress was at least pleasant!

The waiter spilled water on us, then hardly came back to our table. This is the worst coffee I have ever been served. It was watery and awful, and they charged 3.00 for it. The omelet egg was hard and rubberized. I assume it was reheated. They forgot our bread and toast, then slightly discounted our bill to try to make up for it. The store is also very dirty and dusty.

Ordered at 1:45pm at this location and got an old sunshine skillet that had grill scrapings of burnt bits from the grill along with missing toast and old dry sausage patties that had to have been sitting there since lunch rush. Now I used to work for bob Evans and the portion size my wife got on the hot cakes was tiny as well as her hash brown portion. Granted her hotcakes were the only thing fresh from this order bit this was the only good thing about our 35 dollar order. I’m very disappointed because I used to get Bob Evans all the time. I don’t know if I’ll ever order again being that it wasn’t even busy when I ordered my food. I worry what it’s like on a busy morning or night and question if it’s safe.

The service was awful. At least two of the three staff members I saw were on their cell phones. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes while they continued to text. Then was asked if I had been waited on knowing I had not been. The food was the worse I have ever gotten at the Circleville location. I ordered a family size of chicken noodle soup and it was nasty. You could tell they scrapped the bottom of the pan. No broth. It was brown in color! Absolutely nasty!! The rest of our order was cold. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

I was sitting waiting on our food and a light bulb cover hit me in the head. Not to mention my water had black stuff in it not 1 time not 2 times but 3. And then I just gave up on asking to get a new drink. I have never had a problem till now.

Ordered a pot roast sandwich with just provolone cheese. They put the cheese on the side, so the cheese will not be melted. They charged me 2.99 for apples that are bad and are supposed to be the desert with the kids meal. I order from here all the time and it’s never like this.

The fried chicken was so DRY they gave me very little corn barely none, i was supposed to get 4 rolls but they only gave me two and they are BURNT. Really bad food & service today. Very disappointed. They need a manager to check the food before it goes out or something !!! & the manager seen my husband to pick up the food but ignored him and got a plate of food for herself. Wasted my time & my money.
Edit: I gave them another chance and ordered take out & they still messed it up. There were no mash potatoes that I ordered in the bag no syrup for my pancakes and no butter for the rolls. I also gave them a chance another time before this & the exact same thing happened. why do I insist on keep giving them chances. Smh
