Let me start. I made my order. Had to wait for my food for 20 minutes. 17 minutes into the wait cashier said 3 more minutes waiting on your fries. Ok. I received my order made sure I had everything. Ok. Got home both of my chicken sandwiches literally had 11 pieces of lettuce between the both. Finely chopped lettuce. No mayonnaise. But beautifully wrapped. The fries… were cold and old. Remember I had to wait for fries. The chicken fries were frozen in the middle..
I went right back. I finally talked to the manager. She did seem very embarrassed. Offered to refund my money and prepare my order over. I gladly got my money and left.
Will not be returning to this location. Due to the fact this is the 2nd time in two weeks my order was not cooked properly.

It’s currently 9:55 PM on New Year’s Eve. I’ve been sitting at the order box since 9:40 PM and nobody has said anything. Just pulled up to see the drive thru closes at 10 PM. So I guess the plan was not to take any orders the last 20 minutes so they can get out at 10? I’m fine with that if that’s what the Franchise owner agrees to, but then why not let the line of 6 cars know so they can get to another fast food place before they close? Transparency with your customers is key.

The drive through was a little long. The order taker was kinda slow. I figured that the food would be hot since they were busy. WRONG
– Food – terrible. Worst I’ve had.

4pm on Thursday doors are locked. No dine in. Had to go through driveway 4 times. Did not have 2 burgers the first 2 times. I ordered a spicy chicken. The new one advertised. Pictured with sauce. Well…it was not dipped in sauce. White stuff on it taste like tarter sauce for fish.

Breakfast stop. Service is EXTREMELY too slow. There were 2 other cars at 7:30am on a week day and it was over a 6 min wait for some one to even speak at the order screen at drive thru. Then waited 10 more mins in line after ordering before finally leaving.

I ordered a number 14 Big Fish combo and was very disappointed with what I received.
The fries were a good color but upon biting into them it was apparent that they were undercooked.
The fish sandwich I got was rock hard and cooked in filthy grease and smashed.
I went back through the drive-thru and the second sandwich I received was also cooked in filthy Grease.
The first the first picture posted is of the scorched one I got the other two are of the replacement sandwich which was of better quality but still cooked in dirty Grease
Done with this location.

This is a horrible place to get food. The people that work there do not work.. They stand around and talk and get on their phones. Then they want to hand you cold food after you’ve been waiting on your food for over 30 minutes. I notified management by email they want to give me a $5 coupon not my money back. This place is ridiculous. DON’T Go Here!! UPDATE got a refund

My wife and I stopped in about 1400 12/12/25 and ordered the two cheese burgers meal #5 the burgers were way to small they didn’t even fit the bun the burgers and fries were cold the dining room tables were wiped off but the floor had food on it needed to be swept up there were two to three other customers in the dining room the employees instead of doing work they were more worried about messing around back by the freezer or fridge door talking very loud this was very unprofessional and I feel could have been dangerous this burger king needs some better management we will not be back to this burger king

I ordered on line a BOGO Whopper with cheesy lite lettuce tomatoes & no onions , what did I get a double whopper with cheese lots of lettuce onions and peppers with bacon AND THE BUN WAS HARDER THEN A BRICK BAT. What’s worse is that I ordered ahead and when I got there I had to wait 15 minutes with 1 Car ahead of me. This is totally inexcusable! Do you think anything will be done?
