Waited for an hour and 15 mins in the lobby to receive our food. Cashier was not very friendly ..at all. Food was wrong but after that Long of a wait didn’t really care. No ice in the drink machine. So had warm drinks. To say it was the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had would be an understatement. And they kept taking orders one right after another.

Ran through the drive-through on my way home only to get home and be missing one of my sandwiches (not a cheap one). I live 25 min. away so I called to see how this could be fixed. The manager when he FINALLY got on the phone was rude with his tone and words the minute he got on the phone. Never offered to refund or replace the sandwich and threatened to hang up on me, which he did. Corporate did nothing, and his district manager Rhonda did nothing and didn’t even return my call. If this is the way they do business, and it clearly is, I would suggest going to McDonalds or Wendy’s right beside them, they’re never rude. This BK is notoriously slow, so I should have known when I didn’t have to wait for 20 minutes the order was wrong, but you couldn’t tell by looking at the bag. They have no trouble taking your money, but they don’t want to give it back for a product they never produced to me. Shame on BK’s corporate for also NOT replying, they clearly couldn’t care less about their customers or their experience or service.

People were nice enough, the microwaved, dry as the Sahara burgers straight from their window that burned my hand when I first touched them, and my mouth 15 minutes later thinking they surely had to be cool, and I must have just thought they microwaved them… were awful. Who thought it was a good idea to microwave burgers (and their buns)? Not cool man

Just got off work doing a seasonal job in the area. We had to get to a hotel room that was previously arranged and check in. Decided to forgo the stop at this Burger King due to time constraints and would order on the Door dash app. About 30 mins in to the wait. I got a phone call that said they were out of whopper meat and would not substitute it. Unfortunately I tied up my money for the order and now I sit here hungry and nothing to eat. Simply because they couldn’t slap some meat between some buns and send it.

To the gentleman in red Tshirt working the drive thru this evening… Awesome Job Sir!… This is how fast food service should work everytime!… I almost did not stop at this BK location because I have not had very good service the few times I gone through the drive thru. This gentleman was hustling harder & being 100% through in rechecking to make sure of order correctness & all condiments, napkins ect were in my bag in a very timely manner. Food was as ordered & on point!… Kudos to you Sir!

These people can not get an order right to save their soul.talking about the Theodore one in Al.there like omg here’s another person coming in.The temp of the food is not hot at all. When we say no pickles no tomato we actually mean it!! They going to do it their way and that’s it.They also need to wipe their tables down and pick up a broom.we now go to Tilliams corner one.They need to go train the Theodore B.K. in customer service and how to give it your way,not their way.Were just over being over charges at times and getting the wrong order when we check it after we get home.sorry but that’s the truth

Rude manager had no ice we were okay with that. Order 40$ of food and receive cold burgers told the manager who gave us our food and he just microwaved it. Parked and went into restaurant, manager aware I was at the front and kept saying to hold on when he should address the issue with only 1 car in drive thru. Wanted to argue with me and have the last word, worker there pulled her phone out to record me. She had her AirPods in her case and phone while wearing gloves on used to prep food.
