Just left this location..had gone through drive thru and pulled up to a warm welcome on the speaker I was not rushed. SHAQUILLE IS amazing in customer service, eye contact and shows tons of compassion for his job! I truly apperciate your service and if I could give this location 10 I would…my two coney meals even hot when I arrived home. Thank you so much!

The food was low quality and served cold. Would not order or buy from this location again.

The person taking the order and the person who brought it out (Shaquille) were friendly and helpful.
The quality of the food was lacking and it was cold. Tge cheese fries had a hard glob of cheese in them and all the fries and cheese was cold. It was horrible.
I say this place maybe great for service or a drinkbut not food.

normally this sonic is awesome, however my husband and i came tonight and just wanted two slushies. my husband asked for a cup of extra nerds on the side. when he got the cup it wasn’t very full, so he kindly asked if he could have a bit more added. the employee said no and explained exactly why they couldn’t add more (it was the limit of scoops), however my husband then asked if he could pay for it to have him add more, and the employee said “no we cannot” with an attitude and closed the drive thru doors in my husbands face without a “have a good night” or anything of the sort. i worked in sonic management for 5 years and i can tell you right now that i know how simple it is to press the few buttons and make a ticket. this employee was the guy with the fried blonde hair. at this point i’d had rather gone inside myself and done it. thank you to the other employees here that have made our experience wonderful. 🙂

The order took a bit longer to come out than intended, but as someone who currently works in the service industry, I get it, stuff happens and it’s usually out of your control. What matters is how you handle it, and the staff killed it in that regard, which is what counts most in my mind.

The guy who brought out the order was very respectful and apologetic, even though I did my best to let him know it was all good, I wish I had asked for his name to give him a personal shout-out here.

He even tossed in a drink that I wasn’t expecting to receive, genuinely some of the best service I’ve been exposed to, hence the much deserved five-stars.

Only got beverages today… Ordered the new Caramel Toffee Iced Coffee, which was delicious by the way. Shaquill was very positive, courteous and professional. Great customer service. Thank You!

This location looks neglected and they gave us the wrong order… multiple times.

The first time, they came out and handed us a foot long hotdog. So, I told him that’s not what we ordered. He came out again with the same hotdog, tried to give it to me, and asked, “Are you sure you didn’t order this?” I didn’t take the food and said “I ordered 2 burgers.” He sounded annoyed and went back inside.

The third time he came out with a hotdog looking box in a bag and I asked “it’s 2 burgers?” and he said “yeah.” I knew he was lying because I’ve never gotten burgers in a box but the bag looked like it had at least one burger and I was over this interaction, so I took the food. Well, it had the SAME footlong hot dog he tried to give us before along with other random food we didn’t order.

Initially, I felt bad because I thought we took someone else’s food but once we started eating it we realized that food was definitely just sitting there under a heat lamp for awhile and they wanted to get rid of it or something.

This is the dumbest experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant.

Ordered a shake and it’s tastes HEAVILY of spoiled milk. I used to work at sonic for years so this tells me either they aren’t temp controlling their product or they don’t clean the ice cream machine. Either way it’s rancid. I tried to call but it rang for over 10 minutes and I tried numerous times. If you get food here do NOT get ice cream, shakes, or blasts because you’re going to be consuming bacteria.

Kiosk’s are closed, so drive through only. They also turned off ordering through the app and won’t honor the apps specials. Female worker did not repeat the order back or ask us to pull forward…we finally just pulled forward. She was rude when we asked her to honor the app prices. Then we get our hot fudge sundaes and they are not good. They obviously ran out of hot fudge, so just scrapped the burned hot fudge pieces off the bottom, threw them in and blended that. The picture shows the amount of hot fudge in the shake and the burnt chunks. Worst Sonic in San Antonio…and that’s hard to achieve because they are all going downhill fast. Might be my last time to Sonic ever, which is sad, as I used to love them.

Really a great Sonic. They offer the traditional stalls to eat in the car, they have a drive-thru, and a small outdoor seating area. I wanted to thank Matt for his great customer service and apologize for not having cash on me to tip. Downside of Sonic: you can only use your debit/credit card to tip if you download and order on the app.
****Update 2023*** You can now tip using cash, credit/debit card, or the Sonic app!!!!
