Stood there for 25 mins for 2- 2 piece combos & 1- 1/4 popcorn shrimp & 2 tenders meal. Also seen another man standing there (who had been there since I got there), with his receipt in hand & walked up to counter & spoke to a lady walking up, who looked him in the face as he was talking & Then turned around & ignored the customer like she didn’t hear him. I clearly heard the young man so I know she heard him & he was as shocked at her reaction as me & other customers standing waiting! The fry bag they gave me with 1 of my meals also seemed Very shorted & the employee told me “This is how our fries come!” (Pic posted below) we were given more fries so this issue was addressed though but Still… I feel they can do wayyy better!

There’s a reason this place has a 3 star rating. It needs to be closed down altogether. How do you have 2 people working a fast food restaurant. I went and got a completely different order in my box than what I ordered. Had to go back in and get the items I ordered. Of course none of the food was hot. Please close this location. It’s a disgrace to the many disgraceful Popeyes across the country.

If I could rate this Popeyes a 0… I would! Every single time I come to the Popeyes in Normal, Illinois, they are out of at least three to four popular menu items! It never fails! The employees are rude and lazy. They say they have the food, however, it is either not prepped or frozen. They refused to accommodate the customer and I know they lose out on a lot of money because they simply refuse to work. It’s bare minimum service and even more minimum customer service. This is the only restaurant that I know who runs out of food every single day before 3:00 PM. I will never go to either Popeyes in this town ever again I do not recommend anyone goes to either Popeyes, the (Bloomington) or Normal location.

The outside menu for drive thru was off, so I ordered off an advertisement, only to be told I couldn’t get it because they were out of bacon. After a longish wait, where I was the only person in line, the outside of the sandwich was covered in mayonnaise, and one of the pickles was top of the bun.

Popeyes says they’re out of an item and can’t process my DoorDash order. They advise me to cancel my order and reorder. DoorDash says if I cancel they won’t issue a refund. The Dasher driver gave up and left the restaurant. I tried calling Popeyes for 15 minutes and nobody picked up the phone. Terrible service. Terrible management. I never saw my $29.03 again. Absolute scum of a place.

I ordered on doordash and it took 40 minutes for them to give me 1 mash and gravy, when I ordered 2, a sandwich with mayo pickle when I asked for plain and a strawberry Fanta went through 3 dashers till they finally did there job and gave the order out. This is why I never order Popeyes bc they always on bs I worked at KFC down the road and the customers would constantly say Popeyes was “out” of chicken
