Why is the lobby locked @ 8:30am. My daughter and I walked over from the laundry mat across the street and both doors were locked taking drive thru customer only?! Walked back across the street with my 5year old and drove 2 blocks away to Mc Donalds where we could sit down and eat. The reviews at this location are definitely true, no one including the manager seems to care! Only 1car there now and one was made to pull uo from the drive thru and wait for food

I got the baconator meal large barely any bacon sandwich is messy. I asked for pickles and lettuce on it. You can see clearly in the picture how messy it is the lack of effort it was put into making it. How is this a baconator With three pieces of bacon A large fry, barely fool. The lady in the drive-through was rushing only ordered one meal and quickly gave me my total without asking if I was done, which I wasn’t I had to continue ordering very poor service.

Walked in and was immediately met with an eyeroll. Started to walk up to the counter and I politely and simply said hello. The lady didnt even respond and just looked away. So i walk out thinking hmmm i wonder why. As im sitting in my car i can see 3 people at the drive thru window laughing and pointing. Then i realized it was because of my race. It was blatantly obvious and they got a great kick out of it. The managers name is Tammy who coincidentally has the same name as one of the only people leaving a positive review. Are you asking how you could know that? Well this same tammy is leaving reviews at other wendys in the area. Its not rocket science. Its ok that you dont like people because of their skin color and im sure you are going to read this and not bat an eye. Or who knows maybe corporate will see this and realize that they might have an issue on their hands.

Waited forever in a fairly short drive through line. The girl who took care of us at the window seemed unable to speak and moved at a snails pace. The burger had a weird taste very dried out , chili was terrible and all was too expensive. I know it’s fast food a hit you’ve got to do better. We should have driven a little farther to the highland location.

I wish I can give zero stars every single time I come to this Wendy’s I get terrible service. Corporate needs to investigate this place because it’s terrible and you get the same story over and over their training. We’re sorry we’re trained. We’re sorry and I am calling corporate also

I would say poor customer service, but it didnt even exist. Walked in to an empty restaurant, to a lady standing at the register doing nothing. Didn’t get a greeting so we said Hi to her for her to roll her eyes and look away. So we walked out without ordering. As we are in the car on the drive thru side, 3 employees are standing in the window staring, pointing, laughing, until I pulled out my phone to take a picture, they all went running.
A couple things.
I hate to think its true but if you dont look like the workers, good luck being acknowledged, clearly racism runs through this crew.
After all of this we drive thru the drive thru and ask for the managers name, we are told Tammy. Funny how the only positive review here is from a Tammy. Coincidence? She then leaves reviews for other Wendy’s too. Tammy, get off Google reviews and do some racial bias training with your team. Corporate is aware.

for the love of God please make sure your employees know to tell people they are out of stuff BEFORE they pay for their food. went through the drive thru, paid, and was told they were completely out of what we ordered. offered to replace it with something else and didn’t even give that replacement correctly either.

Has to by far be the nastiest Wendy’s in America. First the boy cooking the food in the evening is on his phone with gloves on and still touching our food. That’s cross contamination. He’s going to kill someone or make someone sick. Then he had the nerve to get smart when I asked for him not to be on his phone while he’s cooking my food. I advise anyone that cares about their life DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDY’S. I REPEAT IF YOU WANT TO STAY ALIVE, SO NOT EAT HERE.
