Went to lunch with about 30ppl today. The restaurant was not busy at all when we placed our order. Overall, the food took over 1.5hrs to come out. I waited an additional 20-30min after everyone else in my group was served to get my food. I was the last one and ordered a Buffalo Chicken Wrap without any changes. My wrap was so disappointing. Very poorly made; no shredded cheese, no tomatoes, very little lettuce. Apologies were made by our waitress, but I believe Management should have addressed all of us first our wait time. Deductions should have been made to tickets without asking. The kitchen staff is lacking severely at this restaurant. Unfortunately, based on other reviews I’ve read, this is a normal occurrence at this location.

We decided to go eat dinner at Buffalo Wings for first time in years. Well we wish we went somewhere else. We got there at 540 and placed are order within a few minutes. We didn’t order appetizers. We ordered the Two to share dinner. My husband ordered mild chicken wings and French fries ; I ordered crispy chicken pieces with wedge potatoes. Nothing special. Well after 30 min I finally got our waitress attention ( she never stopped at our table after bringing our drinks) when I asked her where our food was she said the kitchen staff had issues but I asked why the people who sat down right before us and had a different waitress was already eating. She said I’ll go check on your order. She never cane back to update us and even went to take another table order. after ten minutes she brought our food to us. My chicken was over cooked way too crispy like I couldn’t eat it and my wedge potatoes was small pieces and cold and some not cooked thoroughly. It even was even something not a potatoe mixed with my wedge potatoes!
My husband was only able to eat four of his wings as they were not mild. I tried to get our waitress attention a few times but to no avail. We finally got up and went up to front counter to ask for manager. Our waitress came past us and asked if I needed anything (wow really) I replied the bill! She walked away ! Manager did apologize and discounted our meal $9!!
We won’t be back!!

Order 30 boneless wings and received 15. Tried to call and discuss with manager who was not available and hostess was snotty and no help. $63 for boneless wings, wedges and pretzels. Picked up myself and Door Dash will not provide compensate when half order was missing. What good is a manager who will not speak to costumers when they are missing food. WOW!

Worst experience ever. Almost 2 hours for food . Kept getting told it was coming … took forever to get refills . Had to repeatedly ask for things. Napkins, silverware , missing food . Servers walking around doing nothing LITERALLY. The food was terrible, dry wings, burger was disgusting. The Mac was gross . And all of our food was barely even warm. The only pleasant thing about the experience was the man who told us he was new and had been there for 2 days. He tried to stay on top over everyone in the restaurant. He was filling the shoes of multiple people. We didn’t catch his name but he was trying his best. Probably won’t be back

1.5 hrs to order. 1 hr for food to come. Not really crowded. There were dozens of people dealing with the same issues. Many just walking out. Seems they were filling call out orders over their customers in-house. This place is in trouble. We have ACC tournament, March Madness, Masters Golf coming up soon. Please clean house, get new people in place to fix this mess. Bad attitudes and management are everywhere in this restaurant.

As a server myself , I’m usually not one to complain but this recent visit was terrible. My fiance ordered 15 traditional wings , only got 14 and half of them were the wrong sauce. I ordered 10 boneless wings and they came out and were cold , tasted like they had been microwaved , and barely any sauce on them at all. Server was nice but we still had to pay for a meal I didn’t even eat! We love this place so we’re pretty disappointed.

Went there yesterday. The cashier helped me add my gift card to my online order. I submitted my order and received a confirmation saying my food would be ready at 2:40 m. At 2:40, a young lady came in to order 20 wings. I got in line behind her because it was now 2:44 pm. The cashier who helped me said 13 more minutes. At 3:00 the same young lady came back in to collect her food, none of our food was done. So i asked again, where is my food? I was told they have one cook and there were lots of orders before mine. The lady that ordered 20 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready got her food and another man that ordered after her. At this time, im heated because they are clearly trying to be funny. Another chick who claims to be the manager tells me I was told 13 minutes ago, 3 minutes ago as if im dumb. There was a man in line 3 minutes prior so how could she have possibly told me 13 minutes while taking another customers order. After sitting there for a hour, My food came out. I had already asked to speak to the gm. He (tre) came out and said wings take time to cook. I guess I didn’t know that! Didn’t explain how people that ordered 20 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready got out of there before me. Didn’t explain how 13 minute wings took a hour to prepare. I asked for a refund and told them to keep those wings that required a hour of cook time. They are liars and very unprofessional. I cant remember a time where the service was worst. The business was steady, not crowded. I still cant understand how 2 orders after me was served before me. I dont understand why the cashier wasn’t checking the back after 20 minutes of me sitting there waiting before I asked for my food.

I’m not sure what happened to my pick up order on Sunday night. First I was told it would be ready in a few minutes. Then 30 minutes later, I was told my order was missing 6 wings and it would take another 15 minutes. I said I would take the order missing the 6 wings and get a credit because I couldn’t wait any longer. When I got home, the wings were inedible, barely cooked and loaded with sauce, just terrible. Sorry to leave this review because the wings are usually really good.

Took over an hour to get out food. The other tables seated after us were fully served before us. We were told there was a hold up on the kitchen but kept seeing food come out at a steady rate. Nothing complicated or special order, just burgers and chicken fingers. Sunday night, after all NFL games started, less than half capacity, only saw 1 DD pick up the whole time we were there. Do better, please.
