I usually have a decent experience at this location, but this visit was disappointing. I ordered a hot fudge sundae, and there was barely any hot fudge—normally there’s some at the bottom, but this time there wasn’t any at all. My boyfriend also ordered an Oreo McFlurry, but it wasn’t blended; it looked like the ice cream was just put in the cup with a small amount of Oreo on top. I hope this feedback helps, because we normally enjoy coming here.

I stopped by today around 8:10, and the girl who took my order was super nice and provided great customer service. However, the guy who handed me my food was very rude. After I told him “thank you,” he stayed quiet and looked away. It was disappointing, especially after such a positive interaction at the start of my visit

I visited the Mesa grande location this morning between 8 and 8:30. The manager went beyond what was expected. I questioned her about an order I placed on the kiosk. She was so very good at explaining what I was wanting to know without rolling her eyes at me. Believe me, I really appreciate that! She also brought me a sample of a product that I had asked her about. That was so unexpected! Thank you so much!

Once again, this location served up poor quality food. Ordered at the drive thru at 3:20 this afternoon 2 Big Mac’s, both had hardly any lettuce, or Mac Sauce. One had a big hole in the patty, a hair in what little sauce there was on it and a stale bottom bun. No onion on either. Asked for crispy fries, got cold, stale ones. Not sure what the fail here is. Even going in doesn’t help, have asked for dehydrated onions on the side on more than one occasion, and I always check the bag because either you don’t get the onions you ask for at all or you get the sliced ones. Very, very disappointing, the quality of this food is beyond poor. The Main street and Avenida de Mesilla locations never have this problem. Shameful.

Let’s start out with no one expects mcDonald’s to be top restaurant quality food. With that as a starting point I ordered a quarter pounder meal today my burger was cold. Not sitting under the heat lamp cold but sitting on a counter and an air conditioned building cold. This was on a Monday just before noon, not in the middle of the night. I have ate at McDonald’s many times for many years and never got a cold hamburger. If you have options pass this one by there are definitely better places down the road

The line was long so we opted to run inside. By far the quickest service I’ve ever had at a McD’s. Breakfast sandwiches were a little burnt but can’t complain for how fast they were on a quick stop through.

Don’t go here. It’s bad… Impressively bad.
Hard biscuits, smashed food, crusty buns, always out of soda, drinks with literally 3 ice cubes or completely full of ice, very inconsistent. Chocolate shake with strawberry at the bottom. Smashed Cheeseburger with finger prints. We live a quarter mile away and have been here many times but now we drive 5 miles to the location on Main Street if we want McDonald’s. We never expect much from any McDonald’s, it’s cheap fast food, but this place wins the worst McDonald’s award.

They could care less for your order, the amount of times they forget items and just give you the wrong order entirely is absurd, I have Type 1 diabetes so I stay away from sugary drinks but they could care less for your health, if you want diet soda they will just give you what they feel like giving.
