Wonderfully Made
Service was good. The place was clean. My food was unsatisfactory. I paid for a 8pc fried meal. The fries were warm which I just ate because I was hungry. Got home and looked at my food and was disappointed. I didn’t even eat them all. It was disappointing. The food looked old.

EDIT: IS CFA going to do anything to handle this? Last time i left a review at a CFA, i got a response.EDIT OVER:Ordered a 12 count nugget at 9:43 PM on 12/30/25. I arrived at 9:53 (having already hit the button for then to make the food at 9:43), and when I arrived, they said they had no more nuggets to serve. Why would you even accept orders at 9:43 if youre not going to fill them as requested? It is not the first time its happened. I am VERY disappointed. They offered me strips, but they taste different than nuggets. At first, I accepted but they I decided out of principle not to accept them. I order from.the chic fil as in the hampton roads area multiple times daily. This is probably my third most used restaurant as its not close to my house but it IS the closest one to my house that supposedly stays open until 10. It’s a shame, as there are several very friendly employees whom have built a rapport with me but I am really just of the mind to not come back k for the foreseeable future. If this ends up making positive changes, I’ll reconsider. Right now im irritated my favorite restaurant has let me down on one of the rare occasions that it does and hungry because I didn’t get my food. Lame.

People here are nice and have always had good quick service. Chickfila prices have risen just like most places the last few years but can’t blame a single location for that. Drive through is quick. Nice location for residents and shoppers in the area as well as CNU students/staff.
