I wanted to give a shout out to Benjamin in the drive through. I know how busy our local Arby’s can get and I absolutely appreciated how clear and punctual Benjamin was over the drive thru speaker. I also really appreciated how he took the time to repeat back what I said with each item. It was definitely one of the best drive thru interactions I’ve had.

I had the Reuben sandwich meal and it was very tasty. I felt that there could’ve been more of the sauce on the sandwich. Curly fries Were fresh. My husband had the smokehouse brisket sandwich meal. He said it was flavorful but could have used more onion rings. Service was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

It’s ok. The market fresh sandwich is supposed to be a big club sandwich. It had one half piece of the end of a lettuce head and a thin mini tomato and a half slice of cheese. The employees don’t seem to enjoy working there either. If you don’t like a job. Quit and find one you like. Don’t take it out on the customer and lose quality for the owners.

This place is hidden a little bit because it is up on a hill from the light. The food is what you would expect but the service is good. It’s on the end of a strip mall which makes a drive-through a little difficult to get to, but there’s plenty of parking

There is more bacon on the chicken bacon swiss than there is chicken. Ridiculously skinny piece of chicken. Couldn’t even eat half of it after too many bites of just breading and no chicken at all. This is why I rarely eat out anymore. Spend my hard earned money on sub par food. Seems to be almost expected anymore these days.

They should be sued for fraud. The almost 8 dollar smokehouse beef brisket sandwich on the board looks stacked and 3 inches thick. What you actually get is a single slice of deli cut meat with a piece of cheese. Prime example of why I rarely eat away from home! Such a rip off.

The large man with bigfoot hair all over, was extremely rude and passive aggressive. I was ready to order, and he said “I’m here just waiting on you.”. That is not the first thing you say to a customer. The food was thrown into the bag in a rush, and the sandwich was falling out of the wrapper. I’ve been coming here for months, this is pathetic.
