They are always slow. They are never busy so I dont understand why it takes so long to get anything. A simple sausage biscuit,and a coffee takes over 45 minutes?Previous time they gave me RAW biscuits. The other day they gave me old fries I’m guessing from when they opened because it was 8:35am when I received my order. This place needs new management or new employees, cause it is horrible.

In light of the convenience offered by the Bojangles app, which facilitates the ordering process and allows for a quick return to my workplace, situated within a five-mile radius, I made the decision to dine at this establishment. While the sandwich was hot and fresh, it was unfortunately excessively mayonnaise-based, resulting in an unsightly appearance. In fairness, I was presented with the option to replace the fries with any available alternatives. However, the hot bar was in a state of disarray, containing missing food and stale items. Furthermore, the restaurant’s seating area appears to be more suitable for storage purposes rather than dining.
Upon requesting a refund, I was directed to do so online to receive my money back for the missing items.

I always loved Bojangles but this one has its downfalls. Once I went there and they had NO CHICKEN! How? Then I ordered through DD and I ordered two 3 pieces and only got two 2 pieces and didn’t get my Bo berry biscuit. I wrote a refund request they said I need to call the store. Well I called the store and the number don’t exist. Good job

Lack of menu items at lunch time: (No dirty rice) Dirty rice that was prepared after waiting was not properly cooked. “Cajun spiced”, bone-in chicken was not available. Bojangles hot sauce packets were not available.

The two young women working in here absolutely went above and beyond. They were very nice the food was made fresh after we ordered and even came out and checked on us while we ate. I’ve never had restaraunt service at a fast food place before. Not to mention all the food was excellent!

I went through the drive through. HARMONY IS THE BEST. I don’t know her personally, but she was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She smiled the entire time and served us with hospitality. She made the visit worth a return.

Biggest joke of Bojangles!
This is probably the 4th time this one has been not willing to do their job.
In the middle of trying to order 1.5 hours before they close they turn all the lights off around the store right after telling us they didn’t have any Chicken Supremes. Then when we mentioned the lights just went off and asked if they were closed, they said no they are open until 10pm and asked if we needed them on!?! Like, are you kidding me? We were trying to order and make sure we dont run into your building, YES we need them on. Didnt even take our order! What a joke!

Rude drive thru staff. They are often out of things, today it was no tea and no slaw. This was during lunch hours. She rang up the order wrong and when we asked for the receipt she said she would bring it to us. That did not happen.

One of the worst bojangles I’ve ever been too. Sucks to live here. The people that work here are horrible. The whole place smells like a portopotty and cigarettes. And they always say they’re out of food when you know they aren’t. Lazy terrible workers. Including the managers.

Drive-thru AI attempted to take my order, but apparently it was having an existential crisis, because it just… didn’t. We sat there for a solid 5 minutes like we were waiting for a prophecy. Eventually a human appeared.
They were out of unsweet tea — which, at Bojangles, feels like being told the sun forgot to rise. Then we waited another 5 minutes for Bo Rounds that showed up soggy enough to qualify as water balloons.
I ordered a 4-piece Chicken Supreme, and what I received was one lonely chicken strip and a pile of Bo Bites that looked like they were swept up off the cutting room floor. I asked for Peach Honey Pepper sauce and got honey mustard, because apparently the sauce fairy was also on break.
We pulled up to the window and waited another 5 minutes. There were plenty of employees inside and zero customers… so I have no idea what they were doing. Maybe solving world peace? Certainly not making food.
My husband said his chicken biscuit tasted like chemicals — which honestly might be the only consistent flavor here.
If I’m only going to eat fast food once in a while, it should at least be worth it. This trip? Absolutely not worth it. Bojangles, please get it together.
