Vienna is my work-from-home safe haven! It is the perfect place to get work done individually, to host meetings or to gather with friends! Everything on the menu is delicious and is prepared in a timely manner. The space and the menu is a huge plus, but the service is why I continue to come back every week! The staff is so kind and friendly, regardless of how long the line is and they make me feel so loved and welcomed. This local community hangout is great for doing homework, business meetings, hanging out with friends and enjoying a cup of coffee. There’s lots of comfy seating, arranged in casual and relaxed geometry, as well as booths and high tables for getting work done. Nice coffee shop with plenty of space for work or to visit with friends. We ordered the iced latte with white mocha and a peach Italian soda. The latte was delicious! The italian soda had a very light flavor so we requested a few more pumps and that helped sweeten/flavor it up a bit, so if you’re wanting a super flavorful drink you may want to add more pumps/multiple flavors.

This was my first visit on the recommendation of some locals. The store was clean, and had a warm inviting Tennessee atmosphere. Here’s what I found:
1) I generally don’t eat coffee shop food because it always seems to be a second thought product. This. Was. Different. The breakfast was impressive enough to bring me back for only the food.
2) The order making process was quick and pleasant.
3) the packaged coffee selection was impressive and I can’t wait to try them at home.
4)it was easy to find a clean and comfy spot the dining room.
5) my order which was three drinks and three meals took 10 to 20 minutes to be ready. Each plate came out separately and slowly. It was confusing for me as a first time customer.
6) I look forward to visiting again.

Friendly staff, decent service – they tend to have a lot of casual conversation behind the counters which seems great for morale, but when waiting for orders it feels as though there’s a lack of urgency. There is a community center, and upstairs gallery (jan-feb ’26), and greenway access from the parking lot.
There is parking in front, back, and a drive-thru.

Good atmosphere with friendly staff that cares and are kind hearted. Vienna coffee is made in house with a variety of different options and good light food style of a patisserie. Vienna also supplies many shops around the area and have tours of their facility. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to sit get some work done on a couch or have a business meeting in one of the meeting room s to a nice coffee date looking at the creek on the patio.

The best thing to do is go through the drive through and then come in with your coffee because the dining takes a very long time. There was only one girl working the espresso machine for drive through and dine in. Drive through was definitely priority!
