I was surprised with this business establishment totally. Variety and the selections to choose from , the cashier her name was Valerie very pleasant and very professional and very attentive to the customer, I’m only assuming she’s the manager , I just found a new plan to come for salad & soup their gingerbread muffins was fantastic , it had favor of one of Houston oldest city clubs ” the Houston Club downtown ” , that taste one of kind goes back as far 1894 , If you have desire for a salad this is one of the best places to go , with all due respect Olive garden has a wonderful salad & soup ,& great price as well ❤️ but not like Jason’s deli hands down much greater selection , I’m not trying to compare by all means , I’m speaking only different in that aspect only. They have ice cream machine you can have ice cream sandwiches are ice cream sundae are cone whichever and great amount of variety of soft drinks,& cold ❄️ tea’s ☕ as well .

We often stop in here for lunch and the service has always been top notch from ordering to the food delivery to the table! The food is good and the place is clean. We’ve had folks come by to make sure we’re good from time-to-time, and you know, that actually means something to me at a place where you just stop in and eat. 5/5 Thanks!

I had a really rough week dealing with health issues. I came into the establishment, feeling pretty down about myself, but the cashier Natasha and the manager.Shawnkiea Were phenomenal not only did she correct the problem she show great leadership and great customer service the cashier same positive attitude always smiling just a blessing to have somewhere to come that you feel welcome especially around the holidays where I have no family here and I’m going through a lot health-wise thank you Jason Deil ,I’m a longtime customer. I’m from Tampa Florida. I normally go to the one on Fowler Tampa, FL 33312 since moving to Houston I just found out this location was close to my house and I love coming here thank you again ladies for making me feel welcome wanted and seen. I will always come back.

Koris (the cashier) gave awesome customer service! He greeted us with a smile when we walked in, was super polite, and really patient—even after I changed my order three times. I got the spicy seafood gumbo, which was super tasty, but it could’ve used a bit more shrimp. The manager made it right by bringing some extra in a separate cup, which I really appreciated. Overall, the food and experience were solid. Only thing I’d suggest is adding more lighting inside—it’s a bit dim.

Had an outdoor event catered and the East Freeway location’s service was TOP NOTCH! When the manager in charge of my delivery dropped off my food, she even helped fix some of my tables because the wind was blowing so strong. GREAT EXPERIENCE…THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!
