I ordered through the app and had to make a stop or two before I came to pick up my online order that had been PAID for. When I make my way into the store they tell me it has expired. I’m a little confused but no big deal. The cashier was super nice and rang it up again and told me my total; I informed him that I had already paid. Then a lady (I assume the manager) came up and told him that he can’t inform customers that food is expired because after 30 minutes it is just gone. She almost tried to argue with me that I was lying about being here less 30 minutes after I placed it? Mind you, this screenshot is about 5 minutes after I had been waiting in line for my order. I just don’t understand how you can pay for food and it just goes in the garbage if you don’t pick it up by a certain time. Beware if you order from here you better pick it up before 20 minutes because it definitely isn’t 30 before they toss it or eat it

The worst little caesars i ever been too order a head of time and got there first could find my order then they found it then wait over 2 hrs and alot people order after me and got there pizza finally cancel it myself they Had a attitude when a i cancel only one boy was doing it all while another didnt do noting just stand around if yall keep this yall wouldnt be open much longer everyone should be fired accept

Food looked good, the employee that took our order with brown hair and glasses wasn’t very friendly and she rushed us and interrupted us the whole time even though there was no one in line, could’ve at least faked a smile or something.

Thinking of wanting Little Ceasars for dinner? Think again.. I’ve tried to eat here for the past 3 months and everytime I come back it’s just a bigger disappointment. First I go on a non busy day wanting to get a 5$ hot and ready pizza for lunch. It takes them 35 min to get me a regular pepperoni pizza. Second time I go it was a busier day and they got my order wrong and I had to wait about 30 minutes again. The 3rd time which was today I sat for 40 MINUTES waiting on 1 pizza which was supposed to be half pepperoni and jalapeños and half cheese. After waiting 40 minutes I receive a pizza which is more 40/60 than 50/50. The quality of this restaurant has got to be one of the lowest in this city. Think again when choosing a pizza place to eat!

Everytime I come here, there’s always a problem! I pull up to the drive thru, no one speaks so i sit for a few secs then ask if anyone’s ther; no answer. Couple secs later, i ask again, no awnser. Then waiting a min, figuring theyre doing sum, i ask if anyone is there again, then I get told one momment, after sitting for almost 3 min. IM THE ONLY ONE THERE. %90 of the time its the same young guy. he don’t care about his job at all. He’s, rude, gets orders wrong, ain’t prideful, can’t understand a word coming out his mouth, takes unreasonably too long. This specific little ceasers should NOT have the moto “Hot N’ Ready” yea right! Do better! For now on ill be going to the little ceasers express on 914 shell station
