I frequent this location because of my job but i enjoy seeing familiar faces and the service i do get depending on hours. I’m also always happy to especially see two specific employees (tho i can not remember their names for the life of me…) but they’re two amazing women… appreciate what they do and the service they do provide.

Walked in. Everything was clean. Friendly employees. No line. Drive threw was packed. Ordered a medium mocha frappe and a large fry. Pleasant and easy experience. It only took 5 minutes to walk in, order, grab my order and walk back to the car. Quickest I have been to any fast food place.

30 minutes to wait in drive thru for chicken nuggets and an ice coffee. Coffee came right away but with no sugar and the employee tried to hand me sugar packets to put into it which is not what goes into an iced coffee as it will not dissolve. You think that would be common sense. She then tried to tell me that the liquid sugar came out of machine which it does not. Then tried to tell me that there was no liquid sugar in the building which was untrue. Finally got the liquid sugar and asked for a refund after about 25 minutes of waiting and three cars in front of me asked to pull and park because their food was not yet ready either. Refund took another 5 to 10 minutes with a grumpy manager asking if I paid cash or card no apology whatsoever for the abhorrently long wait. This is about the third or fourth time that this has happened, seems they never get an iced coffee right in the staff are poorly trained on what goes into their products. No reason for why the wait was so long when asked. I’m definitely not going back to this McDonald’s ever again and looks like they’ll probably be losing a couple more customers based on how many people were upset about the long wait today. All they had to do was notify people of the weight while they were placing their orders and people could choose to not wait and leave versus paying and then having to wait because McDonald’s already had their money. It’s a common courtesy in restaurants to notify people of the weight before they commit to the food order but apparently management at this location has never run a restaurant before.

It was my first time ever eating at this McDonalds and I was impressed with how clean it was inside!It was a Monday around 5 and not busy but their drive thru had steady flow. My order was made just they way I like it- with my fries golden brown and hot. The employees were very friendly and they all were working great as a team. Great vibes at this location!!

0 STARS if I could!!! Horrible Service! We waited for our order a hour before I requested an REFUND!!! They kept getting everyone orders wrong! Workers was laying tomatoes on unclean countertop and then placed them on the sandwich… Worker came from the outside and start cooking fries without washing his had & putting on gloves… Workers had a bad attitude… This McDonald’s need new workers & managers ASAP!!!!

We ordered a large frappie and a lg. Oreo thing they where very good and even more messy. People come on wipe the cups down or leave us a napkin around the cup so we know. And make then about the Sametime please. One watered down and eeewwwsing with stickiness all over the cup.

So sad. It took 20 mins in the drive thur and yesterday it too 45 mins on Thomas drive and I asked the cashier in the drive thur and he said nobody wants to work. If you that short on staff shut down until you get staff. Don’t let people sit in line for 45 mins.
