Ordered 10 breakfast burritos this morning for our staff. This is what was in each burrito. Visited the store and was shown and told that this is what corporate says to put into their burritos. The management was not willing to give me all my money back, only half. Raise your prices and serve a descent burrito not just an empty tortilla.

If I could leave a zero star I would. My friend and I went there for dinner around 550. Waited 17 minutes in the food line and never got helped. The guy in front of us stood at the counter, just for all the people who worked there to walk past. Eventually one worker came up said maybe five words to the customer and then the worker left and went back to the ice cream line. It was taking them 10 minutes to make two medium size shakes. As someone who used to make shakes at a fast food restaurant it does not take that long to make them. They have five people working the ice cream line and none at the food counter. Not sure what was going on but they need better time and customer management.

The young people who work here are obviously trained to ask you if you want to upsize from a small to medium fry. However, when I asked, “What is the difference in price?” they told me $.60. Got my receipt and they actually charged an additional $1.50. Don’t just rattle off a price and then charge something different! I brought it to their attention (3 of them were at the counter), they just looked confused, didn’t apologize or offer to make it right. I don’t need the money; I just wish an apology had been offered.

Chicken Club was the worst I’ve had. Bread was very dry, chicken was room temperature and the fries had no heat. I guess that’s why it was so quick.

the manager was extremely rude to multiple customers while we were here, talked about other customers who have complained where we could hear, talking down to workers, and just overall unsatisfactory. i also ordered a banana sundae and the banana used was extremely unripe.

I love this Braums. I get ice cream for my kids (and me) here all the time. My only complaint is that I always ask for lids when I order at the drive thru but when I get to the pick-up window they never have lids on the ice cream and seem challenged by the request.

They serve very very tasty ice cream and the milk is A2 milk which we will get only in Braums stores across the United States the Braum‘s milk is very good for health because they’re supplying A2 milk and they’re very tasty super tasty. Indians definitely try having Braums milk for sure at the store

I CAME AND ORDER 30$ WORTH OF ICE CREAM I HAD 3 HOT FUDGE SUNDAE THERE WAS LITERALLY A SPOON FULL OF FUDGE ON EACH SUNDAE WHATS THE POINT OF HOT FUDGE SUNDAES IF THERES NO FUDGE THE PEOPLE LITERALLY DONT EVEN TAKE THERE TIME TO MAKE THEM BECAUSE IT TAKES UP THERE TIME TO PUT FUDGE ON THEM THEY JUST SAID THE HELL OF IT SUCKS CUZ I ALWAYS TAKE MY KIDS HERE AND THEN THERE WAS NOT PEANUTS ON THEM TERRIBLE SERVICE
