Drive through was pretty slow. There were 3 cars ahead of me. Burger was okay, a little dry. Best thing was the French fries. Burger King has the best fries of all the fast foods. That part is a 5, everything else a 4.

Unless you want to and have the time to wait in their drive thru line for 30 minutes, dont even waste your time. If you want your food made the way you ordered it, dont go. If you want to be told, “oh well”, (BY THE MANAGER), it was made that way after you explained it was made wrong, go to this BK!!!! Talk about a woman who thinks she can just be rude in her own way and get away with it. I have my ways of being rude too even without a single curse word or raising my voice. When you work in a place/position that requires you to have good customer service thats what I expect. I was going to be nice about it and not post or even speak back to them on the incident. But I think ill use my voice as a platform, seeing as how many other bad reviews there are on you Ms. Lady! Being that this isnt the first issue ive had with you. There’s been NUMEROUS times that you’ve been rude to me in front of my own kids and I allowed it. Not this time. Not my money being played with and my food. Your time obviously isnt precious and you surely aren’t valuing others time either. Considering how long you have people waiting in your line. I will be speaking to your hire up this time. You have had ample enough opportunities, clearly, for me to spare you and your sorry attitude. You have to give respect to get it and clearly this franchise isn’t taking that serious enough so I will up the anny. (I HOPE THIS REVIEW FINDS YOU) I will get your name next time, either way watch out Dallas. The lady with the dark brown hair and Spanish accent, but apparently can’t help Spanish people out will be rude and hand you undercooked sandwiches and meals the way you didnt order them, expect an attitude even when you dont give one. They need to switch her position to a cook or to the back of the house without being in touch with the real world or else its going to be a rough road for her manager position and this franchise. This industry doesnt need people like you in the atmosphere messing up what good is going on. Leaving trails of bad vibes! You aren’t making them any money. The business could pay for itself with its logo, but instead here you are running business off ♀️!!!! Do better please.

I tried to come inside and I realized y’all dining room was closed. As I was passing the drive thru and I heard I heard Crystal the manager running her mouth about my husband behind his back&about how he doesn’t want to work and when I walked out of the bathroom she was belittling him and I will never come in there again I was a potential customer and all she was doing was bashing him. Unprofessional she should be fired because now he wants to quit he said he put a notice in for stop employment I don’t want him to quit he is only quitting because he doesn’t feel comfortable around her he was in tears I want something to be done about this she said she will never be fired nor will anyone believe them. Please talk Michael out of quitting. Please do this

Fully automated lobby to self order using card tap. Servicr is a thing of the past person to person. Food is always the same (mid and consistent) updated store is clean and fresh. Fully stocked for self-serve in lobby. Side note: employee training on keeping their conversations appropriate and low for customers not to hear them. Just bad business.

Another car pulls up to the other speaker and the guy at the speaker immediately starts taking the other guys order. Burger King use to be my favorite fast food restaurant. Not any more. The store in Dallas, NC is absolutely useless considering the workers making the food. 1st they enter in the food incorrectly, then the workers making the food, apparently can read. I do not like ketchup nor tomatoes and there were 3 slices and it looked like the ketchup was dumped on my sandwich. I ordered whopper with cheese, mayo, lettuce, onions and pickles. I received a whopper with cheese, tomatoes, pickles and a ton of ketchup. Only 1 item I requested, besides the burger and cheese. I have not once got what I ordered from that store, the one in Cherryville, NC. I haven’t eaten at the store in Cherryville for over a year. The burger tasted just like the gas they use to cook it. I was very sick from one bite that I didn’t swallow.

Food was good, and priced well. Staff was very friendly and very quick as well. The location was clean, neat, and orderly. If you are looking for a burger King this is by far one of the better locations I’ve seen. The only issue can be making a left out of the parking lot can be a little tricky at times.

They might have a new fancy building but they sure ain’t got no fancy paced employees. Been sitting perfectly still in this drive thru for a solid 25 minutes. Not to mention the 1 car at the window when I got here had to pull around the side to the doors to get their food. Do better burger King.

Don’t do this your food is very nasty in the morning. This sausage biscuit I bought this morning was hard and greasy. The girl also didn’t give me a receipt. This Burger King is ok sometimes at night but never go in the morning 3 strikes do it for me & the family it is the people you are hiring. Keep this up >> You’ll be going to McDonald’s in Dallas NC. Food is usually good. Like other fast food things are sometimes out of stock. But what is this. I asked for chicken bacon Swiss sandwich with no sauce. I didn’t even get any Swiss. No cheese. Nada. Just bun chicken and bacon. Disappointed
