The staff was very friendly. The food unfortunately was not very good. My chilli had hard beans like they weren’t cooked or were old, the fries were stale and the burgers were cold. The best part about the food was the Frosty.

Took twenty minutes in the drive-through with one car in front of us. The double was so disgusting where’s the lettuce? Where’s the fresh tomato? This thing tasted like they stuck it in the microwave. Paid $8. You kidding me.

Wendys of The Villages. Easily seen from the street, also has drive through. No hours posted that I could see. Typical Wendy’s with their standard menu.
This restaurant has handicap accessible entrance, parking and restrooms. We found it clean and well attended. As we ordered I noticed the kitchen staff checking all the food temperatures and equipment. So it is nice to see that a regular kitchen schedule was being done by their food service employees. The wait was not long for our order to be taken or our food to be given. Our food came out hot, both chili and chicken nuggets. The hamburger was correctly made to order. A pleasant fast food experience.

Ordered from here and they tried to give us a completely melted frosty. Our entire order was wrong. Cold. Missing half of what we ordered. Waited forever and couldn’t even get it fixed. Every time we go here food is either uncooked , made wrong, ice cold. Will be making a call first thing Monday morning because this is a major hazard especially trying to constantly serve ice cold food and undercooked food.

Ordered taco salad and fries in drive thru. When did they start putting corn in chili??
Taco salad was ok, lots of lettuce ends. Chilli just wasn’t the same.
Chilli is sauce and chunks of meat, what Wendy’s use to be. This lacked flavor and appeal.

I am sick of ordering a large fry and getting a small fry in a large box! With the price of fast food and you can’t fill the boxes!

If I can give less than one star, I would this location has turned around and employment faster than it does turn around at their drive-through window. If you pull up for fast food expect the opposite. It’s some of the slowest service we’ve ever had. if you want good service, don’t go to this Wendy’s if you want good food, don’t go to this Wendy’s if you want a good atmosphere don’t go to this Wendy’s. If you wanna clean environment to eat do not go to this Wendy’s. You have about five other places to choose from to eat Within walking distance any of them are better than eating here. The only thing that gets good service is this Wendy’s is the roaches in the back.
