My daughter went there after 1:00 am this morning to pick us up a late snack. After she got home and getting the only thing I wanted, onion rings.. I discovered they were burnt beyond recognition and impossible to eat. What a huge disappointment.I can’t help but wonder if the worker who put these “rocks” in my bag would eat these themselves much less have the audacity to serve this to their customers?

What a great experience! While traveling from Durham to Charlotte we stopped to eat. The customer service was perfect from the moment we walked in. The food was made fresh and exactly as ordered. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Great location, great employees and great experience.

I haven’t been more disappointed in a fast-food chain before. I love cookout but the people at the drive-through couldn’t get an order right if you wrote it on the back of their hand. 8 out of the past 10 times I have been there, they have somehow messed up my burger. I order the same thing every single time, a big double burger tray with everything on the burger except tomatoes or pickles. They don’t give me any cheese or bacon, so I started specifying I want those too, now every time they add either pickles or tomatoes. Today they gave me a chicken sandwich instead of a burger… With a tomato btw.

Literally the best service I’ve ever had at a Cookout EVER! Kirstian was amazing! She handled the lunch rush with ease! She kept everyone’s order straight! She made sure to ask if customers needed sauce with every order. Whenever she had a second, she was cleaning up the drink area and tables. She ran the entire front end dining area by herself! Super polite too! I feel like every other fast food worker needs to be trained by her! Even my children were super impressed! Also, the food was delicious! We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

Hands down the best tray I’ve ever had at Cookout! I had to call just to say THANK YOU because everything was so gas. Usually, Cookout is a little stingy with the white cheddar cheese bites, but today? They did me so good. Huge thank you to whoever was working on February 5th at 1:30 AM

Cook out has always been my favorite fast food place because the Burgers are real and grilled perfectly. Just like home made with a great taste and fast! Trays are awesome, corn dogs, hush puppies and cajun fries. An a million shake options lol

One word. Terrible. Got off of a 14 hour shift on my feet without a single thing to eat & thought I might stop by cookout on my way home since the highway was backed up.. total waste of time, money & gas. My grilled chicken had shrunk Ig from sitting too long. I literally took like 2 1/2 bites before I realized that it was only about 3 1/2 bites of chicken.. total let down when you’re hungry, drained, & expecting a whole, not half a sandwich worth of the main part of the sandwich .. window service guy was pretty respectful though, so yeah . Overall the quality of the food sucks to me tonight.
P.s. I asked for Cajun fries but got Cold regular fries .. the onion rings were okay ig ..
