every time i’ve come to this location they’ve gotten my order wrong. today i ordered a double cheeseburger with extra onion and extra pickle , i got a single pickle and absolutely no onion on my burger, not to mention that instead of a double cheese i got a mcdouble. my fries were beyond cold and soggy even though i had been waiting for 15ish minutes. it is not difficult to follow the requests on the ticket for your sandwiches and give fresh food if you make your customers wait long periods of time for a couple items. absolutely disgusting customer service and environment. ANY other mcdonald’s is better than this location.

Put in a mobile order as soon as we walked in. Proceeded to wait 5 min. Watched someone else come in and order and get their food first. Asked where my food was. Waited 10 more minutes. Asked again. Served cold food.
Also the bathroom looked like the scene of a war crime and was in dire need of cleaning.

We go to this location for the play area. The whole place is in dire need of a deep cleaning. Employees are always super duper nice and friendly. As with all McD’s the quality of of is getting worse and worse. Today I decided to indulge in a Big Mac pretty sure that indulgence will never happen again. Barely any meat and it seemed to be “slimy”

Ordered one McDouble w/no pickle and got one double hamburger with pickle!!!
Is it that hard?!
And to top it off, the total was $3.63 and I gave the person $5.63 and then the person proceeded to tell me if I had two quarters he could just give me back three quarters back…HUH!!??
I had to tell the person responsible for taking money how to math!

Love McDonald’s but I do have to say how this one is being managed and ran. I’m not too impressed. I’ve been managing restaurants for over 15 years and this place always has dirty tables nothing’s restocked over by the soda station and you got about a 50/50 shot of getting what you ordered, correct.

Went through drive-through for breakfast ordered the big breakfast with hotcakes waited a good five minutes in line before I got my food return home and didn’t have any scrambled eggs. I guess the other reviews are right that you can’t get an order right?

Very unhappy. Every time we come here, there’s an issue. One time, my Big Mac had ketchup and mustard on it (?). Now the BACON McDouble didn’t have bacon?! And my husbands order was also ficked up. Save time and trouble. Go to ankeny, west Des Moines, or Urbandale!

It’s a good McDonald’s. But the prices? Does Ronald know we’re having economic struggles? This is the time to lower prices! And I’m not talking about a few value meals with 4 nuggets a flat cheeseburger and don’t sell strips at a typical restaurant
Face it, your McDonald’s nobody is going there especially for strips that are not great anyway.
Stick to watch you know and lower all prices you will almost double your profits

I ordered 2 mcdoubles special, and this is what i got. Not willing to fix it. I’m willing to wait for my sandwiches to be done right. I don’t expect much from the franchise holder or the district to even get back to me. What happened to having pride in your work?
