I stopped in this location on my drive from Perris back to Rancho Cucamonga. After entering, I waited an inordinate amount of time for someone to take my order. There was at least 4 ladies working, but all seemed preoccupied with working the drive-thru or prepping cheese slices or just walking around. Another older gentleman came in, and he waited even longer than I to have someone come to the counter to take his order. When I got my order, it was WRONG. I ordered the supreme croissant combo, but got a cheese burger. I was sooo glad I had not decided to leave with my order only to find it was wrong. It was difficult to find a clean table to eat on in the lobby; most seemed littered with crumbs. There was only one person sitting in the lobby, which was in dire need of cleaning. As I ate, I saw one of the women behind the counter texting on her cellular phone, which I think is unsanitary. Generally, this place needs greater managerial attention. I had a friend who once was a Jack in the Box manager, and she’d have never tolerated such derelict from her staff. I won’t be returning to this location.

I’ll give this location two stars because my food was edible. The fries weren’t fresh and customer service wasn’t great. I’ve come here several times and it’s always the same disappointment. I will be driving to a further location next time.

I’ve been here a few times now. The food has always been hot and fresh. The service has always been good. As for the place, it’s always been clean. We get our norm go to Jack in the box stuff and there is no difference from any other store.

Food tasted good, but definitely got other things moving later on through the night. Sent me to the bathroom and everything came out faster than a speeding bullet. Currently cleaning up the mess from what happened. Had two Tacos and a Chicken Sandwich.
