In town for the Christmas lights. Stopped here for dinner. Ordered a $15 burger. We waited forver for our food. Seeiously, look how thin the meat is! My husband’s slice of tomato was thicker than this!

I wish I had taken a few pictures of the food. It was delicious. I had probably the most tender chicken fried steak I have ever had. With a ton left over. Even the second day I didn’t even need a knife to cut the chicken fried steak. It was so tender I could use my fork. Plus our waitress I forget her name. She was tall and slender was very kind and attentive.

I recently visited A&E Grill for lunch, and the experience was a bit mixed. We started off with some sweet tea, but unfortunately, it wasn’t sweet at all, which was disappointing. The service was quite slow; we waited a long time before anyone took our order, and even longer for the food to arrive. When it did come, the portions were decent, and the salad was pretty big, and the fried shrimp was okay. However, the service lacked warmth and attentiveness, which really impacted the overall experience.

It was OK…all the food taste like it was frozen- chicken tenders, especially, chips for the salsa taste like they were cooked in old oil. The queso was just melted Velveeta, the salsa was jar. I got the mushroom Swiss burger and it was amazing. feels more of a party vibe. pretty much just come here for drinks and when you’re too drunk to notice, that the food you ordered was all frozen

The service you receive at A&E grill is always top notch. They are so attentive and work as a team, which is greatly appreciated. Since the local college gets a lot of international students, there are typically many of them that work here and you’ll get the pleasure of hearing different accents while visiting. We live in another town and when traveling through, we always stop here to eat. It’s one of our favorites. Sometimes we just make the trip because we crave it.
We recommend the chips and queso to get started. No matter what food you’re in the mood for, everything we have tried has been wonderful. Our family go-to’s are the club sandwich, taco bowl, pork chops, and turkey and Swiss panini. If you’re a fan of hush puppies, we definitely recommend giving them a try. They are some of the best we’ve ever had. Add a side of buffalo sauce and *chefs kiss*
Only downside, and this is literally the only one we have, is the water. It’s not good. I would love to be able to get water but instead we get a soda to try to cover up the bad taste of the water.

I had originally ordered the Alfredo, but it was NOT for me. I guess I do not care for rosemary very much. My waitress was super supportive, and I had her bring me a burger that was SUPER good. I forgot to take a Pic of the burger because I was super hungry. My wife had the Buffalo chicken sandwich which she thoroughly enjoyed. I definitely recommend you give this place a shot.
