Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

We stopped by here a few days ago while we were in this immediate area. I did not even realize there was a Whataburger in this location. Love Whataburger when it’s done right! So I quickly checked the reviews. I did see a couple of negative reviews, but both of those complaints had nothing to do with food quality so decided to try the burgers here. I absolutely agree with the review from Harrison McCartney. I do not know him but his review and others helped us make the choice. So glad we did! This is what a real Whataburger tastes like!! Very friendly quality service as well. The manager here and his/her team are doing a great job! I highly recommend this Whataburger. If you’re hungry for a genuine Whataburger this is the place.

This is THE Whataburger to go to on the West Side of Fort Worth as far as I’m concerned. The drive thru moves as quickly as a Chick-Fil-A; the food is always made well and the service (in my experience) has always been reasonably polite. It’s a well-oiled fast food machine, vastly superior to the one in Benbrook which can have you sitting in line for up to 20 minutes for your order, or the one on Camp Bowie, which is of a questionable level of quality due to its location alone. This one has thankfully managed to remain fairly upscale and highly efficient, and is a godsend for those late nights when you need something good to eat after everything else has closed.

Ordered a 12 a 2 a 7. I asked for the drink cup. I got you said sandwich only. She was told no I ordered 2 hamburgers and the number 12. I never said sandwich only on the number 12. She got hateful when she said I can charge you for the fries and drink. I said I wanted a number 12 the whole thing. She was mumbling about i said sandwich only. Asked to speak to a manager there was not one there. When I left I told the person that handed me the food that since she cant hear people order their food she dont need to be working the front counter

This Whataburger sucks. I would not recommend ordering on Uber from here ever. They always miss utensils, straws, and sauces and ignore any of your preferences just to get the food out. Had to eat a dry ass sandwich. This has happened to me atleast 5 times when ordering here. Wont be again and I dont know why I’ve kept trying.

rude drive thru worker, came in two days ago around 12 at night after work, she seemed so annoyed to be taking my order and wanted me out of the drive thru. I understand it’s late at night but its a job, cant all be happy. Also forgot my ranch then gave me it with attitude.

This location had an amazing team. Before I left, I made sure to get all the ladies’ names that helped me at the front. But that is not to exclude the great team that prepared the food itself. Everybody was very welcoming. The entire team seemed to work well together. They complimented one another, which demonstrated respect and the kind of culture they share at this Whataburger location, not often seen at most fast-food restaurants anymore. I attached a picture to my review that shows the goodies they shared with dad, my son, and me. Thank you, Ms. Frankia, the young lady who took my order, was very patient with me. Ms. Kaila Aguilar shared their new product, great flavor coming out JULY 1, 2025. Ms. Autumn Welton, definitely completed, the best visit I have ever had with any fast-food restaurant. Thank you, ladies and team, at Westworth Village.

Usually I have good experiences, but after how they stole our money today, I’m never going back to this location. I only asked for waters, which I am never charged for at this location. I frequent this location almost daily at the moment for waters and not once have I been charged. Today though, they told us they were charging us for the waters. Fine, whatever, other locations charge all of the time.
But they didn’t charge us for waters. They charged us for JALEPENOS! Which one of us can’t even eat because she is highly allergic! Fine, we tried to be amicable, if you’re going to charge us for something we didn’t order, at least give us something we can eat for the same price. And we were told we couldn’t even have the jalapenos! I will be reporting this to higher ups as well, it was handled horribly and we were robbed of our money. I want a refund.
