I’ve noticed a recurring pattern of cleanliness and service issues, particularly during the evening shifts. For example, on one occasion, a young female employee who had just handled trash attempted to serve me food without washing her hands. Similarly, I’ve seen an employee who was mopping the floor attempt to serve food directly afterward without proper hand hygiene. There is also a young male employee whose appearance often seems unkempt, and he frequently appears disoriented. The dining area often goes unattended in the evenings, which has led me to try and avoid visiting at that time.
These experiences are disappointing, especially considering the investment you’ve made in renovations in the past. If I were the owner, I would be concerned about the operational standards.
On a positive note, I consistently observe excellent service from a specific female employee with red hair, likely in her twenties or early thirties. She is always efficient, professional, smiling, and joyful. I genuinely hope she is working whenever I visit, as her service consistently stands out. Additionally, I’ve always found the bathrooms to be clean.
Last night, my order of a double cheeseburger without any modifications was incorrect multiple times, which was frustrating.
I understand that some service protocols are challenging to instill in certain individuals, as it often comes down to their inherent approach to customer service and hygiene. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving the overall customer experience.
I was not impressed with the experience. It would take forever for the cashier to even get your order started even though the store was fully staffed. Not once did any of the employees smile or apologize for taking so long. What I found surprising was the fact that nobody was in the dining room, so what was taking so long to get orders in and food out?!
Not once did I receive a receipt for my purchase, and when I was ready I could not pick up a new receipt because they were unable to reprint it! The food was cold and bland by the time I received my meal. The dining room was very clean but that is the only thing I can give them credit for. Other guest were waiting in line for extremely long periods of time and each one of them though the service was unreasonable. (See videos)
