Incredibly slow incredibly rude really nothing positive to say. Took him about 15 minutes for one car to get through in front of me and the lady while I was ordering multiple times cut me off rudely telling me to give her a minute after asking me a question. Do not waste your money with this place if you eat fast food food enough, can you go through the drive-through? You’ll understand immediately why?

Plenty of space for a bus, easy in & out for work trucks etc. & my bus load of students were serviced swiftly. I tried the chicken tacos. Big thanks for the complimentary meal . Excellent Manager on site.

High quality Zaxby’s. Service was great, credit card machine was down but that happens. Workers were friendly, food was prompt and high quality. Zaxby’s can be hit or miss sometimes but definitely recommend this one.
Highly recommend if you dig Zaxby’s.

Nothing disappointing like getting back to work and your order is wrong. I asked for Sweet Tea and I was given unsweetened tea. It would make a big difference to have someone at drive-thru who smiles and says you’re welcome and have a nice evening. At least the food was good (8/15/25, 6:45p)

we stopped here on a whim during a roadtrip and were blown away by quite the literally the best fast food experience. food? hot. service? so fast. my order was accurate and the woman at the window was very polite and friendly. i wish this place wasn’t four hours away, i miss it already. absolutely fantastic.

First time in a Zaxby’s. My timing is always off, so they’re always closed when I’m near one and want to try them.
Anyways, I had the Wings and Things meal deal. 5 wings with choice of sauce, I tried the sweet and spicy. Just the right balance. It also comes with 3 chicken strips, fries, drink aka pop, a slice of toasted bread and celery sticks with ranch and zax sauce.
Overall good food and good first time experience. The counter server was very friendly and helpful.

Food was good, and up to par with other zaxby’s I’ve stopped at before. Had to pull in parking spot from drive thru to wait for food. Sauce was missing. My family members, who were traveling with us and ordered in the car behind us, also had to park to wait for their food, and ended up getting two wrong orders brought out to them before they got their actual order. Seemed like their was some confusion with the drive thru staff and kitchen.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the drive-thru, and it was all thanks to Rhonda! Her vibrant energy and contagious laughter made our visit unforgettable. I ordered 1 veg egg rolls side, 1 Fried Blue Salad w/blue cheese dressing, and @ large sweet tea. Total $18.33. When pulled the employee asked if I got the Cobb salad. I informed no, I ordered the Cobb and 1 egg rolls side. The employee looked in the bag and replied yes this is correct handed me the tea and the bag with the food. I pulled away and proceeded on my 8 mile return trip to my home. When I arrived at home and opened the bag I had a single Cobb salad w/lite vinaigrette dressing and nothing else. I paid a premium price for the specific I wanted that was confirmed by the employee. If this is the level of attention to detail provided at the the drive I can’t imagine how bad it is in the kitchen. My order number for this meal is AAATKM2CAGDK. Also the only option for feedback on the receipt is to website that just wants contact information to send unsolicited ads and offers
