I recently ordered a quesadilla from Chipotle, and unfortunately, it was not made correctly. Instead of receiving a normal quesadilla, it looked like they had put together a burrito, folded it, and then cut it in half. On top of that, there was a thick layer of black burnt residue all over the outside, which looked like old burnt food left on the grill. It was unappetizing and not what I expected at all.
That being said, when I reached out to customer service, they were very helpful and addressed the issue quickly, which I appreciated. Mistakes happen, but I hope more care is taken in the food preparation process in the future.

I normally love Chipotle. I got the last of the rice for my bowl and they had no fajita veggies. Who is in charge of this restaurant? When I was at the register I added a large drink and had been talking about getting a sweet tea with my meal while I was paying for my order. They charged me for the large drink then told me they haven’t been making sweet tea lately. Why not tell me before you take my money? Very poor customer service. That is not the worst of it. When I get home and take the lid off my rice bowl. I was surprised they are serving plastic mixed in with the cilantro. Where are the State agencies when you need them to see these things. A phone call on Monday is in order. A manager and staff change should be next.

I got a $50 Chipotle Gift card for Christmas. Go into store to use it. Store is dirty. They are out of Queso. Rude employee informs me that I can’t order a Quesadilla IN restaurant, can only order in app. I order a salad. The meat was drier than beef jerky, yet the salad was wetter than a swamp?
It was disgusting. I threw away the salad and gave the gift card to a random stranger.
If this store is any indication of Chipotle standards for food, service, and cleanliness I will not be visiting again. I hate giving bad reviews but this was a true 1 star experience. Go next door to Jersey Mike’s and get a good lunch. You won’t get that here.

The staff on this shift tonight do not get enough credit. The line was backed up out the door. The staff of 7-8 people worked quickly, efficiently, and the manager was even helping out. They all had smiles on their face as well, even with the difficult lady in front of us. The guy at the register was super nice and the customer service was the best I have seen at this location in a long time! These employees killed it tonight!

I had a great experience at this Chipotle! Casey and Dearlisha were awesome — super friendly, quick, and made sure everything was fresh and just the way I wanted it. They both had great energy and really made the visit enjoyable. Definitely appreciate their great customer service

All the food was fresh and tasty per usual. Staff was super friendly and efficient. Al Pastor is amazing and can only be beaten by the chipotle honey chicken.

I was told I couldn’t order a quesadilla in-store and would need to order it online. Even though I was standing right there, they still refused. When I asked for a manager, Sam (General Manager) came out and acted like I was inconveniencing her.
When I asked, “I can’t order a quesadilla?” she flatly said, “No.”
I’ve never seen an establishment so comfortable saying no to a basic request. It’s not about the quesadilla — it’s about how little they seemed to care about customer experience.

We recently stopped by at this Chipotle location for a quick late lunch around 2:30pm. We were surprised to see that they were out of white rice, fajita veggies, mild salsa, and corn salsa. I had asked if they had extras of the mild salsa and corn salsa and she said they did not. Not even a minute after the lady finished preparing my bowl and put the lid on, I see another woman come around the corner with refills of corn salsa. When I asked if I could have some of the corn salsa, she proceeded to roll her eyes at me as if I’m an inconvenience. Due to their actions, I will not be visiting this Chipotle again.

Ordered a burrito that cost $12 every single extra thing you want to put on it is more so If I had my way with it I would have spent $16 on a single burrito. Not cool at all and it wasn’t even good, WHERES THE BEEF!?. It look like they had seven people working there but apparently only one person can work up front. I literally saw a guy come around the corner and look up to see they needed help and hurry up turn around and go back behind the wall. There is definitely something wrong when you have to pay a full-on restaurant price for an item they throw together in front of you in 60 seconds toss in a bag and say CYA… Okay when I say one person up front I mean one person up front putting together food and one person standing at the register. Even when there’s nobody there to ring up. They had these big speakers built into some walls which looked really cool, except there was no music… I definitely would not recommend going to this place if you value your money, it’s like highway robbery. I don’t like giving out one star reviews but, this place did nothing for me and was a total disappointment I don’t want anybody else to have the same experience.
