The broccoli cheddar soup was good.
Sloppy plating. Soup dripping down the sides of the bowl.

There were a lot of dirty tables. The entire time we were there I didn’t see anyone come out and clean tables.

Order was placed myself on a screen.

Ordered orange mini scones. They tasted good. But as you can see it’s basically become a loaf of bread. Should definitely be packaged in a box vs a bag. Cant even share with friends because it has just came to pieces. Also lately I’ve Ordered coffee. Ordered a 21 oz coffee and get a 16. Do people that work there not know how to read or listen. Despite full. I shouldn’t have to re order stuff because an employee is incompetent.. please get it together otherwise I will just go somewhere else.

This location’s service and food were both off from the 5 stars previously given. Since it’s been more than a year since we have eaten there, I cannot be certain if this is a single day’s issue or a trend. It was the lack of attention to detail that we noticed most–like having to return to the pick-up counter to request soup spoons despite each of us ordering soup. Getting a booth was also easy as the place was not busy.

Our first time eating at Panera. We placed an order with the attendant, Jesus, club sandwich, and a cup of tomato soup and a pick two. Selected a table and got our drinks while food was prepared. They called our name and I was shocked by the amount of food we got. I even asked if they had the right order. The food was a bit pricey, but well worth it. The club was really good. I ordered the tomato soup, which was perfectly seasoned. My wife got some type of pizza, but my soup tasted way better than their marinara sauce. They also have some really good green teas besides carbonated drinks. The staff that made the sandwiches were really helpful and courteous when I needed to go boxes and when I had questions. Definitely will return

The food was good but I felt my sandwich was not proportional to what I saw on the menu. It also took 15min to get my order which is too long when I only have a 30min lunch. I am not a fan of having to place my own order at a kiosk but realize that some people prefer this. I feel that having a person take my order provides better customer service. All that said, I will return to Panera but not while I’m on my lunch break.

We had eaten our own dinner there and went back in to order for friends. Because it was basically closing time, they had already packaged up the baked goods (to donate, which is cool!) without me realizing, but subbed in lots of freebies (extra cookies for the one pastry) to make up for it. They were very helpful and enthusiastic in suggesting vegetarian options as well

Way too overpriced! $18 for a breakfast sandwich, reg latte and a cookie. I was thinking maybe $15 with tax. Still pricy even at that. Connor who took the order was very pleasant however when he said they were out of chocolate chip cookies, he offered other flavors. He said we have pumpkin. In my mind pumpkin flavor. Nope, it was a sugar cookie shaped like a pumpkin coated with so much sugar. I wish I had looked before leaving. I was very disappointed. Overall the breakfast sandwich was on point, but for $7. That a lot . It was simple. It was worth between $4-5. Latte $5-6, the cookie $3. 4-5 stars for the quality and service. 3 stars for over priced and that cookie. Which was ok. But way too sweet!

Came through the drive through for a latte. I sat waiting to give my order for a full five minutes to have an employee rudely ask me what do I want. Waited at the window for over ten minutes to be handed a poorly made burnt coffee with no flavor added. I asked the employee if he could break a $20 and was ignored. When I gave him a tip he took it rolled his eyes and walked away. Terrible.

Way overpriced, but mostly our food was not good and the portions were so small. I only got about half cup of chicken noodle soup which was bland and grainy. My salad had hardly any lettuce and they forgot my dressing. We paid over $50 for 2 sandwiches, a small salad, soup and 2 drinks. We waited in the drive thru for our food for what seemed to be over 15 minutes. We won’t be going here anymore.
