The food here is pretty good, it tastes like every McDonald’s place, the atmosphere is typically clean and welcoming— however every time we order there is always something wrong. Sometimes our orders are messed up entirely, and other times we are missing parts of our order. The employees don’t seem to care at all, and it takes a while to get help in the first place.

Not sure what happened to this place but they’ve moved from 5-10 minute wait times to 20-30 minute wait times. The 5-10 is now how long you sit waiting to order. They close when they feel like it now apparently.(Supposed to be open as I’m posting this and are closed) Food is generally “good” compared to other locations. Certainly falling off lately.

This is one McDonald’s I will not b visiting again. The employees weren’t bad just not that bright. The fries were cold and gross. My boyfriend had to ask for someone to clean the table so we could sit down, the table next to us was dirty with food still on it when we got there and was still that way when we left. This is the absolute worse visit to a McDonald’s I have ever had! We were there at 7:30 on a Saturday night. It took 29 minutes to get our order of 3 burger meals and one chicken strip meal. Nothing customized so it should have been an easy meal to prepare and serve. The French fries had hair in them, there were no ketchup cups, no napkins, and zero concern from the employees working there! The chicken was so over cooked I couldn’t chew it. I will never return here!

My Mom ordered door dash through this location. She ordered a Two cheese burger meal lg sized with a coke and a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal with honey mustard sauce. We didn’t receive the lg fries that come with the lg meal and she didn’t receive the sauce. I’m only leaving this review in hopes that the management will check the meals better going out so this doesn’t happen.

There needs to be a way that the employees are alerted that their customers are at the cash register. And your front door is backward for a wheelchair. The ramp is to the south, and the door opens to the north to the so your door needs to be turned around, it wouldn’t be impossible for a person to enter with a wheelchair it would just be a challenge

Normally the food here is better than most McDonald’s however we had a bad visit recently. We went in and spoke to Landon (one of the managers) and he happily replaced our food and said he’d address the issue. Haven’t had a problem since. Thank you Landon.

the manager that was on shift on 10/03/25 at 10:30 pm was the nicest ever. he not only had obnoxious teens yelling at him (he dealt with them extremely well) but they were also extremely slammed and he still made sure to talk to me nicely and didn’t seem bothered by the rush at all! he definitely deserves a raise!! 10/10 experience just for him!!
