It’s basically your average McDonalds, although the staff are very nice. The reason for 3 stars is that this area in particular is very unsafe, I wouldn’t eat in as there is often drug use and violent crimes happening literally right outside. It’s not really their fault, but it still makes an unpleasant experience

There is a man working here who secretly decides to round up your total for you, even if you EXPLICITLY say not to. 30 cents doesn’t sound like a big deal but this company as a whole is very vocal about serving “billions.” If they take just 1 cent from a billion people in a day, that’s $10,000,000. From what is effectively pan handling under the guise of doing some good in the world (after all the CEOS and shareholders get their cut.) I don’t have money to give away, I KNOW a McDonald’s cashier does not have money to give away. Why he’s deciding to be a robin hood for a multi billion dollar operation that wants him dead is beyond me. I’m never going back to this location, I felt completely violated and disrespected by this man’s trickery. Actually I might go back just to get his name so I can add it to this review. He effectively stole from me and who knows how many people he does this to.

Definitely hard to avoid McDonald’s fries. Ha! We’ve visited this location several times and only through the drive-thru using the mobile app, which goes smoothly every time.Keep in mind the drive-thru can get long during peak meal times and I would recommend using the mobile app to help expedite the time you have to wait. The food is consistent with a lot of other McDonald’s locations and what one would expect. One thing I have noticed is when you get your fries for mediums or larges they tend to not push up the bottom so it decreases the volume space and the amount of fries you get if you’re being particular. I’ve also ran into a couple of times when we’ve been here where they’ve forgotten some of our food items. However, when I have reached out to the manager, they have responded promptly and effectively addressed the issue for us.

Very bad customer service! I asked for more packets of pepper and the staff told me that I only get 3 packets. The prices of your food has increased so much and you can’t afford to give me more packets of pepper. The packet of pepper is so tiny! Such a bad company policy!

Horrible service. Tried to order at counter and said I had to use Kiosk, which is understandable. When I received my order, I asked for new Mac Sauce and was told it was $0.25 each. I said I tried to add to my order on the kiosk and was told “oh yeah, doesn’t work there” and proceeded to take $.50 on the cash register. The place was a mess, and the play area looked like a tornado hit it. We got our food to go and went to a near by park. The photos don’t do it justice. I just wanted to leave asap.

This is the second time that this location messed up an order. The first instance when I ordered double quarter pounder but got only a single quater pound. Today ordered big breakfast with hotcakes, it does not have the biscuit and were given a ketchup instead of jam. Most of the time when i order the same order no jam in it. Had to ask for it.

This particular McDonalds was good! In terms of cleanliness, both the outside and inside are well-kept! They have a children’s play place which is both clean and entertaining for the kids. The staff was rushed but still kind. It was an overall good experience.

Would refuse to services me and wouldn’t give me my sauces, took for ever for ice cream to come out and waited about 30 minutes for food, I got sugar packets on the touch screen order and sauces and they said they wouldn’t give them to me. Very disappointed. Other customers were waiting for a long time also too get there food, overall services was down bad horrible, food was mid. Never going again. Guy in the photo was the one who refused service.
