Really enjoyed our visit today. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We both got burritos and really enjoyed them. Some of the tables just needed cleaning but they were buy when we arrived. The music was upbeat and fun but a little loud.

This was my first time at Pancheros. It was not a great experience to say the least. The restaurant was relatively clean. However, one of the big problems was with the service. The workers messed around in the middle of making our food and did not make eye contact at all. When they finally did talk to the customers they mumbled and didn’t listen well, leaving myself and others having to repeat things often. In addition to the staff’s behavior, the food portions were way miniscule compared to the pictures on the menu and upon biting into it some of the food was cold and underdone. These are the key things that define a fast food service. If you aren’t at least able to show a good service then be able to make your food correctly. Some of the workers I was referring to are in the third picture.

My first time coming to Pancheros left a lot to be desired. On a positive note, the size of the burrito was great, it is inexpensive, and they have a wide selection of toppings to choose from. Unfortunately, the burrito was only warm at best. The staff also looked completely out of it and nobody seemed excited to work there.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and this is what it looked like. They burnt the tortilla and hardly put any cheese in it. *update* (after a handful of bites, I found a long hair in my food which obviously ruined my appetite.) I also got a burrito which also had a burnt tortilla. They were low and almost out of all the toppings and instead of getting more, they barely put anything on my burrito. The guacamole looked like it had been sitting out for days. I can see from other reviews that this has been an issue for quite some time but there has not been anything done about it. Sad to see one of my favorite places going down the drain.
