Worst McDonalds everrrrr! I doordash here multiple times a week and order for myself sometimes. This is the slowest store I’ve ever been to. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get a burger and some fries. Just spent 15 minutes waiting for a drink and an apple pie. Please prioritize all of the orders, not just drive thru. I see 20 people in the back but no one comes to the counter. The gentleman before me waited for 45 demanded and a refund instead of waiting an ADDITIONAL 45 minutes. Do better!

Absolutely terrible. Been in food industry for years so I dont like to complain but WOW. Sat and waited forever before even being greeted then get to window and they still didn’t know my order so I tell em again at first window then pull up to second window they hand me a bag with only nuggets no fries so I wait very patiently finally come back ask what’s wrong I said I didnt get my fries so she goes and grabs me fries that felt like they were from yesterday they was so cold. After waiting as long as I did I was assuming hot fries I was wrong. And the manager has zero personality. Absolutely terrible.

Yall suck at this location! Constantly getting Togo orders messed up. This store needs employees and management that actually cares about the guest, dining experience and most of all menu! Id be ashamed if any one employee of mine showed this little admiration for their work, let alone the whole staff. Does this location not use expeditors? You need to have members checking food quality and correctness for each order to ensure you satisfied the guest/customer…. im just beyond disappointed about my overall experience today. I do have pictures of the sandwich that we got. But i dont yet know how to upload the image. But we ordered the golden mccrispy and the sandwich just had chicken on it with the tiniest squirrel of sauce….. 2months later and 3 more messed up orders. No one at this location cares about thier jobs or the customers…its disgraceful. Then the owner writes on my original review that they care and contact them to fix anything… no one has fixed anything in 2 months…. terrible..

Tea was not sweet when we told the lady at the window she offered sugar packets to us not thinking obviously that sugar won’t melt in cold tea… come on yall do better I work in a fast food restaurant and it ain’t that bad.. or maybe offer a soda when the person is telling you that “sweet” tea is actually unsweetened tea… I spent nearly 60 buck here and I should at least get offered something in replace of what I wanted
Crazy how we go here for breakfast this morning 2-27-2026 and I ordered a SAUSAGE EGG AND CHEESE BAGEL, and I get a bacon egg and cheese bagel instead. Bacon is raw the egg don’t look good either definitely not what they usually put on there.. this place is a joke.. the staff can not get it together..

Horrible management!!!! Almost 20 min for a 4 pc happy meal and a 10pc meal at curbside and I still had to walk in myself because all they care about is the drive thru. Please find some better employees because yours at this location does not care about anything and always have a sorry excuse and act like they did no wrong

I showed up at 5AM to pick up breakfast as they were opening. I pull up to the drive thru for them to tell me “sorry our system hasn’t pulled up yet it’ll be another 10-15 minutes.” I go and I park and come back 10 minutes later and they tell me it’ll be ANOTHER 10-15 minutes! I’m literally sitting here in the drive thru typing this.

I went through the drive thru yesterday and of course my order was missing sausage on the sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. I took pictures because I am busy at work and did not have time to call them. I tried talking to a manager this morning and showed her the pictures and she said she can’t do anything to make it right. Management sucks!!!!!!!!! Food doesn’t come out right!!!!!!!!! Beware!!!!! I use to get breakfast every morning but now I will going to chick fil an instead. They will not be getting anymore money from me.

This place is terrible. I mean this is ridiculous. They gave me a burger that did mot look good. The meat was dry and it had holes in it and it was really really thin. And the service is terrible. I was telling them about my burger and I was telling them that I’m not eating that cause it was no good and in of the workers was like “can we not make a big deal, you could’ve told me to remake it” I work in fast food so I know how customer service is and this McDonald is not customer service. I am beyond very disappointed. DO BETTER!!!! Oh and it stinks in that place. IM NOT COMING HERE EVER AGAIN.
