I’m really disappointed with my order tonight. I specifically ordered 8 chili cheese coneys with no onions (the same thing I always order). The lady even asked me if I still wanted “the hot dog,” which made no sense because I clearly said coneys. I get all the way home after just getting off work, open the bag, and it’s coneys made the wrong way, soggy and not how I ordered them.
To make it worse, I tried to call right away, but the store was already closed. This has never happened to me before, and I don’t know if the worker was new, confused, or just didn’t listen, but this was slow and careless.
I expect better quality and attention to detail, and honestly I should be refunded for this order. Very disappointing.

This is twice I have gone thru the drive thru to get two cheese coneys and the hotdogs were disgusting. They tasted like they were soaked in water and was all swollen. I like skylines steamed hotdogs. Not hotdogs in water. It’s totally gross. Not a good flavor at all. I will not go to this particular skyline ever again. Why would they be different than other locations. They are way to expensive for water logged swollen hotdogs. Gross

This is my 3rd time coming to this location. And I gave them these chances because everyone deserves them. We are human and we all make mistakes, but just because it’s closing time does not mean that you can mess up an order.
If someone is allergic to an ingredient and they ask you not to add it…. then you should probably follow the instructions and provide the customer what they ask for!
2 mistakes i can get over, but a 3rd and a potentially fatal one, just so you can get off right at 10:30…. is unacceptable.
I will be sure to spread the word to avoid this location. Get it together, you have a higher expectation of service because of who you are. And not all coney’s can be eaten the same, every order and every person is different! Be better, do better!

This skyline is literally one of the worst around. I will go out of my way to go to the Dent location from now on. They constantly skimp, and don’t have any consistency with the food. It’s always different. For some reason they decide to mix the chili and spaghetti sometimes when making a dry 3-way, and also skimp on spaghetti on their to go orders.
I remember when I worked for Skyline, food presentation mattered. You’d never mix the spaghetti and chili unless specifically asked. For dry ways, you use a bowl to lean the plate into so that the juices flow off the plate, and the rest stays at proper form.
The building is old and really needs a complete remodel, thus the low score for atmosphere.
