If you’ve been to one you’ve been to them all (kinda). This location was great, the staff was friendly, the bathrooms were clean & most importantly… my venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew was perfect.

I was visiting friends here in Vegas and this Starbucks was a nice 20 minutes walk from their place. I visited several times during my trip and was always pleased with the service I received inside the store. It is very busy in the drive-thru so if you’re in a big rush, this may not be the stop for you! I had iced caramel macchiatos, bagel and cream cheese, spinach feta wraps, coffee cake, chocolate croissant, and chocolate pistachio loaf (yes, I tried a lot of food over several days!). Everything was up to par! There are tables inside and out.

I stopped here at 7:36 pm… google information indicated the store was open until 9pm. As I parked a male employee walked out and appeared to lock one of the doors, then walked away. I got out of my car, walked to the doors and gently tried them…both were locked. Three employees were inside behind the counter, but none of them attempted to make contact with me. I found the whole situation kind of rude…

This has quickly gone from one of the worst locations in town, to one of the absolute best. I live across the street and have been coming here since they opened many years ago. I had stopped coming here for a long time because the iced espressos that I always order were always bitter and horrible. The food was never really very good either and the people that worked there were just weird and phony. I came here again for the first time a few months ago and I couldn’t believe how good it was. I think they must have gotten new management or something because the employees that work here today, ARE FAR BETTER than crews of yester-year. They are very professional, friendly, and accurate with your orders. The espressos are CONSISTENTLY PHENOMENAL. Every time I order my triple or quad iced espresso (black), it tastes DELICIOUS and it always has those fresh “foam bubbles” on top. That used to never be the case many years ago. Also, the line used to be perpetually long & slow, while today it’s always pretty short and fast. This place has done a complete 180 turn from what they used to be and I highly recommend you come here. Don’t forget to throw them a tip if they do a good job and you can afford it!

I’m not sure if the guy was having a rough day or something, but when my husband politely requested light ice in his drink, it seemed like they purposely filled the entire cup with ice instead. We even had to repeat our order two times, and he still managed to get it wrong.

This Starbucks on rainbow boulevard is a really large and modern location. Tons of places for seating, and lots of counter space for walk-up orders. The team working here were friendly and accommodating and we got our order very quickly

Today, February 2nd, at 7 PM, even though your listed hours say you’re open until 8:30 PM, I was not let into the store and was told it was closed. The cashier, a guy with a beard, refused service without any explanation. I expect the store to honor its hours and treat customers with respect. I’m disappointed and leaving a one-star review.

If you ever wanted to go in a drive through and have the person say the least amount of words to you then make sure Mr. Marcus is working the window. This lovely young man waited for me to notice him holding my drink in my face silently at the drive thru instead of saying anything. Even after I said thank you he just nodded as I drove away. So hopefully when you go to the drive through at this location, he’s having a better day.
