I bought 3 chicken wrap and a curly fry order. When I pulled around to the pay window the elderly woman looked as if she was angry. I didn’t get a hello or a smile. I tried to show friendliness because my money was folded. She just looked like I was a bother. She went back like she had work back in the food area. I got the food home and we couldn’t eat the overcooked wraps snd 1 was undersized and didn’t seem fresh. The fries were never hot and tasted rubbery. I drove a long way to take it back. The Manager gave a refund right away. She was nicer than the person who took the money for the order.

They do not care about your food in less you go in. This is how my food was served. What a waste. I ordered a double beef and cheddar combo. Fries were cold and I have no cheese on here. They are horrible and lack professionalism.

I’m extremely upset with the service I received. The drive-thru worker was rude and disrespectful, so I called to speak with a manager. The person on the phone sounded like the same one from the drive-thru and was just as rude. When I asked how to file a complaint, she said there was no other number and only gave me the option of a fax number. I asked for the fax number, and she hung up on me.
