Executive Chef Miguel Roman sets a tone of excellence that is immediately evident in both service and presentation.
Chef Roman’s special, the Chilean Seabass, was a masterclass in culinary precision. Impeccably prepared, perfectly cooked, and elegantly plated, the dish demonstrated refined technique and a thoughtful balance of flavor. Every detail reflected discipline, craftsmanship, and pride. Beyond the plate, Chef Roman’s personal engagement and visible commitment to quality elevated the entire evening.
