I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for a while and found that it’s pretty average. Most of the time it’s good, with quick and polite service, as well as well put together food. Other times, it can be worse. But on average, it’s a good location right near the outlets. Love to get their McValue deals after a few hours of shopping.

I went to McDonald’s last week. And I ordered the number (9) meal The girl’s accent was kind of thick and i listened closely. She asked me what kind of drink and I said a Diet Coke she kept saying milk and i kept saying no Diet Coke. when I got to the window to pay, the guy handed me a milk. I said, no I ordered a number (9) meal with a Diet Coke, he looked at the receipt, and he said, with his thick accent milk, I said, no I ordered a Diet Coke. I’ve been to this one multiple times I work right around the corner. I finally went inside, and the manager came up to me and I explained to them that I ordered a number (9) medium with a Diet Coke and the guy is trying to hand me a milk and not listening as the girl who took my order. They apologized and gave me my diet Coke. But my question is, if you don’t know how to speak English properly to deal with your customers, then why are you there? Both the girl and the guy looked at me as if I had 3 heads, they couldn’t understand what I was saying.So why would anyone expect me to understand them? what they were saying? If you’ll hire people that dont Speak english , why would you put somebody at the window who doesn’t know how to communicate.? And by the way , this is the 3rd time this has happened to me.

I’ve been a loyal McDonald’s customer for over seven years, stopping by every morning without fail. But after a recent visit, I feel compelled to share a truly disappointing experience.
I spent $12.99 on a breakfast meal, only to be handed a bagel that was so burnt, it looked more like a hamburger patty than something edible. It was completely inedible and clearly should have never been served to a paying customer.
What made things worse? I reached out to McDonald’s corporate AND filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau—and never received a single response. After years of trust and support, this lack of accountability is deeply frustrating.
I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic quality and the courtesy of a reply when a customer raises a valid concern. This experience has seriously made me rethink supporting this location—and possibly the brand as a whole.
Do better, McDonald’s. Your loyal customers deserve more than silence and burnt food.

Drive thru service pretty fast and attentive. Ordered an egg mcmuffin and iced vanilla coffee. The egg mc muffin was nice and hot and cooked perfectly.
The problem was the iced coffee, which contained a few sips of coffee and a cupful of ice. The cup was actually very heavy. Photo attached shows after I drank most of it, which means it was even more ice than this to start. What a rip off.

I came back home pooping for 1 hour sharp the McChicken gave me diarrhea and I’ve been farting all day. Even the sweet and sour sauce was nasty they didn’t cook the burger in the burger was $100 like what. The seats were comfortable but it was Vomit on one side of the seat!

Simply sad. I now avoid this McDonald’s. It has caused me health related issues on multiple occasions. I am a Diabetic and have ordered Diet Coke and constantly receive regular Coke. Even when I ask to confirm that it is diet because None of the markers on the cup are pressed down, they usually just say yes. The employees are inept.

I ordered a happy meal and when I went to go pick it up we did not get it. When I then called and asked for it, also giving them my number they said it didn’t exist. I then had to order a whole new happy meal
