Hallo Popeyes Chicken, I placed order #90 for delivery, and when it arrived the Cajun rice and beans were spilled all over the bag and the items inside. On top of that, my large mashed potatoes were missing from the order. ❌
My total was $56.43 plus a tip, and this kind of delivery is very unprofessional and leaves customers extremely unsatisfied. I’ve attached pictures of the delivery to show the condition everything arrived in.
For orders with higher prices, everything should arrive packed correctly, complete, and in good condition. What’s the point of paying high prices and a delivery tip if the food shows up spilled and missing items? ♂️

I ordered two combos both spicy they just put whatever meat they want. I didn’t receive a biscuit either either combo. I asked for hot sauce and honey didn’t receive it. After I took their word when they said it was in the bag didn’t find out my order was all wrong until I got home. They are constantly out of Mac and cheese. This is supposed to be 1/4 pound of shrimp. Nope its a small container of their sides. This is not 1/4 pound of shrimp. I also asked for extra gravy on the mashed potatoes paid for extra gravy and didn’t get that either. Wanted me to go back a second time to fix it. No Thank you!!! I don’t want my food spit on or messed with again!! You Should have done it right the first time. When you pay for something and don’t receive its called stealing. A bunch of thieves work in this place!!! You Shouldn’t have to waste gas twice on something you paid the first time.

I visited this Popeyes on October 3rd, 2025 around 7:30 p.m., and it was one of the most disappointing fast-food experiences I’ve had. When I placed my order, I simply asked for seasoning to be added to a chicken sandwich. The order taker flat out refused.
I even clarified, asking if they were really willing to lose the business of an entire family meal plus the sandwich over something so small and easy to accommodate. Their response was, “yes.” That kind of attitude shows zero care for customer service or customer loyalty.
Your employees should have more of a business sense and understanding that customers are the ones that pay their paycheck. Better luck next time.

I ordered ahead of time and came to the restaurant and found my food hot and ready. I needed to wash my hands and noticed the bathroom was super clean, the restaurant floor, the chairs, the tables, the booths were also super clean which tells the story that the staff at this location is doing a great job. When I needed to add more stuff to my order the staff was very courteous and kind – additional items came quickly. Food was good as always at Popeyes but usually the resteurant is dirty but this location is miles apart from your standard Popeyes- Keep up the good work & the staff should get a raise.

Went through the drive-thru for lunch today, and the entire experience was frustrating. The employee taking my order struggled with every item I asked for. Since the order no longer shows up on the screen, there was no way to confirm it until after payment.
I paid cash, got my receipt, and was told to park and wait. When I counted my change, I realized I was shorted $1. I went inside to fix it and was asked if I was sure I counted correctly—yes, I can count to 16 just fine.
Then I checked my order: wrong again. I ordered all dark, spicy chicken and got a mix instead. I ordered mashed potatoes but received Cajun fries. Those don’t even sound alike.
The only thing that was right was the chicken sandwich. Everything else was a mess. This store seriously needs to stop and retrain staff on accuracy, customer service, and basic order handling. For better service and a smoother experience, go further down Cicero past Midway. This was my last time at this location.

I pre-ordered on the app. New owners, family ran. I checked in, but the person I spoke to didn’t look into the order. I stood there 10 minutes and other staff members asked me if I’ve been helped without checking their system. My mistake was I ordered at the wrong restaurant, which I apologized for it. 4 or 5 people working behind the counter confusing each other.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but this experience was subpar. On Friday, October 24th, I placed an online order and was told it would be ready. However, when I arrived 30 minutes later, my order wasn’t even started. The staff began preparing my food from scratch using cold, old chicken. To make matters worse, they only included four biscuits instead of the six I paid for. When I politely asked for the remaining two, the staff member seemed dismissive, questioning why it was such a big deal. Given the chaos and long wait times, it’s clear that management needs to improve their processes and customer service. I hope someone addresses this issue.
