As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Would love to see on there policy that shows drive thru orders before customers in lobby I could understand if it was catching up on orders but I’m talking about cars pulling up after me the last in there that said that clearly doesn’t know her policies if I could leave 0 stars I would to say the least they won’t be getting my money

I asked for them to put some powdered sugar on my order of funnel cake fries the employee said there’s some on there; I was like no t there’s barely any on here could you please put some more on there; he tool the fries and I stg put them in a mda bag and handed them to me without putting anything on them! We decided to pick up one of the “deals” they are offering . When did this of course at the drive thru. The burger that I received was so old and dry I took two bites and tossed it. This deal came with a small fry which was not much better. Everything with the exception of the apple pie was very old. I was very disappointed. My husband’s chicken sandwich was cold and the shredded lettece was old and brown. Very poor quality at this location. We will not return at this location.

The gentleman on the drive-thru was sooooooo polite and awesome. The food was really good. I took my elderly mother and older sister out kinda late and this was a little treat before we got back. The service was an added bonus to impromptu family time

The guy had me pull around and park because he had to make my wings fresh. No one’s ever done that at Rally’s before. So when we got back in line the line was very long. So by the time we got back to our food not only was the chicken cold but so was our burgers. He gave us the wrong soda. A horrible way to spend $25

They took my money any told me they couldn’t cancel my order that the app sent to a different location the cooperate complaint line have foreigners that are telling you it’s their right to continue the call I was even told I would receive a credit in a email that never happened their food be old as all heck and the one good thing they do make good is not being provided for what I paid that’s why they all closing down for providing poor customer service.

I have ordered the Chicken tenders the last 2 maybe 3 times and each time they have been extremely hard to chew especially the first time out of five chicken tenders I think I was able to eat maybe one and a half I figured it was because I ordered really late at night and it was getting ready to close so I gave them the benefit of the doubt ordered them again and it was the same way three times all 3 times.
